We have 2 dedicated servers with 1and1, and one of our partners also has a server with them. We had trouble with 1and1 in the past and now our partner has had the same thing happen to them.

1and1 is ruining people's credit if people let their subscription expire. That's crazy! I have plenty of hosting accounts on the internet, so I am very familiar with hosting policies....

1and1.com recently build me $143 for web names I no longer want to use. They sent the bill the day AFTER the deadline for cancellation. I never received any e-mail in advance of that day advising me of the bill amount or the renewal deadline.

They have problem and we was down 3 days, , , , YES 3 DAYS it is not mistake.

After they "fixed" the poblem they lost 13 days, they recove our data 13 before the event.
