My father went and paid Rs 500 for getting an internet connection in my village. After taking the money the bsnl people told that they would come in 24 hours to give the connection, however, even after two days they did not respond. When my father went this morning to speak to AE, Mr. Chiranjeevi Reddy, TT - Mr. Anand spoke rudely and told that they can't give connections to small villages and they are not interested in serving village customers. Many trips to these offices have resulted fruitless. My landline number is [protected]. Hope the authorities take action against these insensitive people who treat customers with no respect. They are a disgrace to BSNL and to the society as a whole.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

my phone line down on 06.08.2008, still its not rectified. I'm given the complaint every two days, they said it's under process (underline cables problem). I think it's never solve.

This is vivekanand vadlamudi from tenali having my landline number [protected].I got an Extra Bill in the month of february.If you observed my log in february month.Daily i am connecting internet by 1:59AM.ON 12th feb the log is 1:59AM to 2:59Am of 492MB data.i think you are offering free usage from (02AM-08AM).Then how is it possible to download a 492 MB data in 1 minute in2 MBPS line.it happens in the whole month.Daily your log is minimum 15 minutes .daily i am connecting at 1:59AM.so that i got an extra bill around 800+ in the feb month.So, I request you to please reemberse my extra amount as soon as possible.Waiting for your reply...

Yes , I too have been experienceing the connection snaps in the middle of download. DSL light on the modem is never steady there after. Complaint to the concerned is not yielding any solution. The filed staff it appears know only about Line repairs but nothing about the routers and splitters!
The connection between net and internet goes off very freqently. Dowonloading is frequently intrepted because of this problem.
