I got tix on 07/19 for *** at Brown County Music Center. They kept changing the date 4 times since I got them in 2019. When I tried to get my money back, they said I gotta talk to the venue, but the venue said no cuz it's gonna be rescheduled. Now they're saying I gotta prove I got the vax to go, but I can't do that and they won't give me my money back. It's been over 2 years, I shouldn't have to wait this long for a refund!

I bought tix for a show in Nov 2019 that was sposed to happen in March . But cuz of covid, it got canceled and now it's rescheduled for Sept 2021. But I can't go on the new date so I asked for my money back. I hit up BCMC a buncha times about this but they ain't gettin back to me. I also talked to ticketmaster and they said they can't give me my money back cuz BCMC won't let them. But on the BCMC site, it says I can get a refund within 30 days of the new date. But they still ain't answerin my emails or givin me my money back. I got proof from ticketmaster and the BCMC site that I can get a refund.

I bought 3 tickets for Price Is Right on December for 3/22. Because of Covid, it got rescheduled to 7/23, then to 2/6, and now to 9/23. Covid is on the rise again, so I contacted Ticketmaster (I bought the tickets through them) and Brown County Music Center (where the show is happening) for a refund, but they won't even talk about it. I'm done with this. I don't want to go to an event with *** seats, I don't want another rescheduled date, and I don't want to lose my money. I want a full refund for both orders: order # -42196/CH2 $75.85 & order # -17353/CH2 $142.70, which totals $***. Please refund it to the credit card I used to purchase them. I uploaded all the documents. Thanks for your help

I went to Brown County Music Center on 10/05 for a concert, but they didn't let me in because of the covid 19 rules. I didn't have the vaccination card or a negative test that was required 6 hours before the concert. I called all the testing centers, but they were all full until at least October 6. I bought two tickets for over 200 dollars from Ticketmaster reverified, but Brown County wouldn't refund me, saying it was Ticketmaster's problem. Ticketmaster and Brown County told me to go after the third party. I bought these tickets over a year and a half ago, and I don't know who the third party is. The third party isn't responsible for Brown County not letting me in. That was Brown County's decision, and they are ultimately responsible. I don't have the debit card that I used to buy the tickets. I just want a refund or credit for another show. Ticketmaster and Brown County don't want to take responsibility, but Brown County made the decision not to let me in. They can't just take my money and deny me entry because of some new rule that I have no control over. It's wrong and the same as stealing. All I ask is for them to do the right thing and refund me my money or give me ticket credit. I waited a long time for this concert and was turned away.
