Have used Blue Thumb for a couple of years now. Pool service is good and always on schedule. Josh has always replied quickly to email or text if I have questions or concerns. At $45/week not inexpensive but I guess that is market rate now.

Blue Thumb Pool Services is a professionally owned company. Josh Brown and his team are knowledgeable, prompt, reliable organization. My experience unfortunately tells me that many service companies you count on them. This is not the case with Blue Thumb Pool Services! I highly recommend them! Talk with them and see for yourself!

We paid Blue Thumb Pools to maintain our pool weekly for almost 3 years. When it came time to sell, the home inspector showed $15,000 in pool repairs needed. We disputed this through our realtor, certain that they must be wrong because we believed this company did honest work. We had moved out and trusted the pool to Josh B. It turns out it did have two leaks, the pump booster that runs the pool cleaner was broken, the autofill had been turned off so the water was dangerously low, the pool cleaner itself had been stolen at some point, the chemicals were unbalanced, and the pool was so dirty (two hours after Blue Thumb serviced it) that the inspector thought it needed resurfacing. We ended up settling with the buyer but Josh refused to refund even a dime of the $225 a month we had been paying him for years. Even honorably accepting some of the responsibility or apologizing, money aside, would have been good. He pointed the finger at the inspector and his own employee instead.
