On Wednesday 29th March 2023 10am. For the tracking number of [edited]

We receive call from pls man on 10am regarding a COD parcel to our house at [edited], thn the pos man yelling at us thru phone call “why don’t come out if somebody is inside, you know is puasa months and is vy hot outside” Thn we mentioned to him we double check with our family member, after that we give him a call mention there’s nobody home, he keep yelling at us that weather is vy hot it’s puasa months. Thn we give him an option which is he throw the parcel in and we pay him personally by tng and bank in to ease his job so that we don’t have to deliver again the other day, he denied that as we know that’s not the proper SOP, we understand. So we mention Thn no choice there’s really nobody home and we’re at hospital, the pos man ask us to come back home now and pay for our parcel immediately but we’re at KL so that’s not possible at all! Thn he yelling at me thru out the whole phone conversation saying “you know pos is coming and it’s puasa is hot you know and keep scolding without letting us to talk, Thn he just cut off the phone, we try a call back but he denied the call, ended up we don’t know what should we do. Kindly educate your pos man, we ady apologies thousand time once we knew we missed the COD from clinic kerajaan, but he keep scolding the client, this is so rude and shame of pos malaysia, is this the way pos man should act? If I don’t get any apologies from this pos man, I will simply pos our whole conversation thru social media and held a complaint to Malaysia consumer complaint management centre and send this to new media regarding pos malaysia terrible service.

Desired outcome: An verbal and sincere apology from pos man above and promise won’t do it again. And let him to tell us what’s the ethic of work of being a pos man in his current work position.
