Betfair review: Betfair online betting

I bet on Betfair - for the Chelsea - Manchester United game on Friday 4th April. My total payment was £2025.27. I bet on three different options - Man U winning, Chelsea winning or a draw. So I should definitely have won something. All I do was place bets during the day and evening. I was not aware of any options apart from

winning one of the options. I bet for the 90 minute option and even bet couple of minutes before the 90 minutes. Didn't understand and it wasn't clear at all on the 90 minute terms and conditions. If there was other options I wasn't aware of them. I have bet on both Betfair sites and it shows up as the same account so it seems logical that I do the same bet on either site. however for some reason sometimes I can only get into the account of Betfair exchange. When I didn't receive any money for winning even though it showed I had won in settled file I complained but got nowhere. I was told

I had done some exchanges but If that happened I wasn't aware of it - wouldn't even know how to do it!
