So, I was really excited to check out Besvinyl and their sweet selection of vinyl records. I figured it was a slam dunk, and I placed my order for my fave album on January 14, 2021. I gave them a little leeway since I figured shipping could take a bit with everything going on, but come March 19, 2021, still no record.

I was bummed to see an email from them telling me they had to cancel my order since they didn't actually have the item in stock. Honestly, what gives? Why would they sell something they don't have? It just doesn't make any sense to me.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in my experience with Besvinyl. Not having my order fulfilled after such a long time is just brutal. I'm not sure I'm willing to give them another shot after this one.

So, I was hoping to get some Besvinyl (besvinyl.com) for Christmas, right, I made an order near December cause I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too late. I even splurged on faster shipping cause I really wanted to listen to some new jams. But guess what? It's been over a month now and I still haven't gotten anything! I'm pretty bummed out, you know, cause I was so looking forward to it. Not only that, but I tried to get some help and emailed customer support, but no one’s gotten back to me yet. Like, what's up with that? I'm not so sure I *reallywanna risk buying from them again, especially if I have to deal with all this hassle next time.

the only thing i gotta complain about is that it was kinda hard to email them from my Gmail account, but they still managed to answer all my questions and help me out. overall, i'm really happy with my experience shopping at Besvinyl and i would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for rare or hard-to-find records. they really know their stuff and they care about their customers. 10/10, would shop again!

So I made a purchase and was in a bit of hurry so I decided to email the folks at Besvinyl to make sure everything was confirmed. I sent the email and waited, and waited some more, but never got any response. I don't know about you all, but to me that's just poor customer service. I tried emailing them four times, heck four times y'all, and STILL nothing. I even took the time to escalate the issue to my credit card company to request a refund since they obviously didn't care about my concerns. As a customer, I can't recommend them at all. Trust me, I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with this. Take your business elsewhere. Besvinyl = THE WORST!

Like, if you don't have something, don't list it on your website, you know what I mean? It's totally unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Found this dope site called Besvinyl when I was on the hunt for a rare album I couldn't find anywhere else. They had it in stock and the price was reasonable AF. So I decided to take the plunge and place an order. And let me tell you, it was smooth sailing from there on out! They let me know right away that my order was received and kept me posted on the shipping and delivery deets.
