Beltman Group moved my stuff from McDonough, Georgia to Fort Benning, Georgia. They charged me twice for the job. Beltman Group doesn't seem to care much about it, they just call it an "inconvenience" instead of acknowledging the seriousness of overcharging someone by over $6,000 and making it difficult to fix the problem.

I hired Beltmann Group, Inc. to move my stuff from *** to ***. The move was done on 11/29. Our contact person, ***, said I would get a refund because there was less stuff than they originally estimated. My daughter and I have emailed and texted him multiple times, and he said he would look into it. It's been about 85 days now, and still no refund. Can someone help me get my money back? Thanks.

Beltmann was hired and fully paid to pack, store, and deliver our stuff for a move from ***, *** to ***, . The stuff arrived in Vero Beach, *** on January 15, 2022 with lots of things missing and many damaged or dirty. 2 fancy pieces of artwork were found and we've been waiting for over 90 days for them to be delivered. *** hasn't been able or willing to give us a delivery date. We've contacted them 8 times without getting it sorted out. The insurance money for the other items still hasn't come in, even though we gave them all the documents they asked for. We had to fix the damaged and dirty stuff ourselves and it cost us money. What I want is for the missing artwork to be delivered in the next 2 weeks and for the insurance payment for the lost goods to be paid quickly.

On 15 Aug, Beltmann Group delivered some kitchen cabinets to my house. When the truck was backing up, the driver accidentally knocked over my stone mailbox and didn't even tell my wife. I came home from work, but the driver still hasn't called his supervisor or said sorry. There was another person there, but they didn't watch out for the truck to prevent an accident like this. I've tried many times to contact the supervisor, ***), but they never answer my calls or voicemails. They even blocked my number. The cabinet company tried to help, but Beltmann Gp lied to them and said they contacted us, which they didn't! It will cost around $580.00 to fix my stone mailbox. And to make matters worse, they mishandled my cabinets and damaged more than 80% of them.
