Do not deal with this company - they are unethical & the owner is a professional Con artist! He is going by Eddie Karr but his full name is Edward Farrid Karram. Everything started off great with a work deadline of 120 working days. We started Mid-June 2021 and a month later we were halfway through. The project went downhill Mid July. On 7/15/21 the tile work started - making the invoice come due per the contract, then nobody else showed up for another 2 ½ weeks - and this was only after I followed up with Management. (this I noticed was common practice - starting a phase making the invoice come due per the contract and then going MIA) Once the tile was started it was another month before the next part of the project was started (Decking)- After that the project sat untouched for another 2 months until the Plaster phase was started. In the meantime - Any attempted communication was ignored. In December (6 months after start day) Out of frustration I posted a review showing how the project was left and the next day I received an angry call by a “Project Manager” that I had never heard of nor met, asking why I posted a review without calling him first. I tried to explain I had emailed and called the business several times and never heard back he kept on saying he didn’t call to “argue” and demanded the review taken down if I wanted any work to continue. I took down the initial review only after talking to the owner and him saying they would wrap up the project the next week. Now two months later still not done! In the meantime, we realized none of the inspections were done and now I’m having to chase down an engineer letter. Which has been “secured” for the past month, but Eddie can neither tell me when the inspection was done nor who the Engineer was. The sod was A. not complete and B. the worst work I think I’ve ever seen (grading was done a month before some of the sod was laid), the gate on my fence was put back up but was done incorrectly so the gate will no longer latch, they cracked my driveway, left huge indentions on my front lawn from their trucks and clean up work was never done. We will have to hire other people to finish/fix the horrible job they did on our project. There are other small items that never got done per our contract. To finish up this nightmare he has now resorted to posting fake reviews on our family’s business. This company has ruined what was supposed to be such a fun addition to our home and has made it into a nightmare!
