Beautystop.eu on yks sellanen paikka, missä palvelu ei oo ihan niin kohdallaan. Jos sattuu syntymään jotain erimielisyyksiä, niin ne muuttuu heti henkilökohtasiks loukkauksiks. Ja mikä pahinta, firman omistaja ite seuraa sua henkilökohtasesti Facebookissa ja alkaa loukkaamaan sun läheisiä. Se lähettelee viestejä, missä ihmiset jaetaan ihan vaan sen mukaan, minkä värinen niiden iho on. Ei oo kyllä mitenkään jees homma.

Ja sit vielä tää omistaja sanoo, että suomalaiset on joku pelkureiden kansakunta. Ei oo kyllä kovin kiva kuulla tollasta paskaa. Joten mä suosittelen, että mietit tarkkaan ennen ku otat yhteyttä tähän yritykseen.

Terrible customer service, seriously. I made a mistake with my order, but if they had just answered me in a reasonable amount of time, everything could have been sorted out. Let me tell you the whole story.

So, I placed an order for a few products and I finally got a confirmation that my payment went through after waiting for 2 whole days. But here's the thing, there was no separate information about when my things would be shipped or anything. They didn't even bother to give me a Posti tracking number. How am I supposed to know where my stuff is?

Fast forward 2 weeks later, I decided to send them an email to ask about the status of my order. Guess what? No response. I waited patiently for 5 more days and then I tried calling them at different times. But guess what? No one picked up the phone. Instead, I received a text message telling me to contact them via email. Seriously? I already did that and got no response!

I didn't give up though. I sent another email, this time waiting for 2 more days just to be sure. And what do you know? Still no answer. Frustrated, I called them again, this time about 4 times. And what did they tell me? To email them again! Are you kidding me?

It was only when I finally lost my temper and sent them some angry messages, mentioning my rights as a European customer, that I finally got a response. But by then, it was too late. Turns out, I had entered my phone number incorrectly, and the Posti didn't bother to inform me that my order had arrived. As a result, my order was already sent back to Estonia. This whole mess could have been easily avoided if they had just answered the phone or email within a reasonable amount of time. Or better yet, if they had sent me a confirmation email with the Posti tracking number, like every other online shop does when shipping to Finland.

By the way, let me tell you something. Every single online order I have made in Finland has sent me multiple emails. Usually, I get one confirming my order, another one saying that it's being processed, and a third one letting me know that it's been shipped, along with the tracking number. It's common practice here, you know? So even if I had entered my phone number wrong, it wouldn't have mattered because I could have tracked my item myself and picked it up. That's how things work in basically every online shop here.

I really hope that they learn from my extremely unpleasant experience. They need to step up their game and make sure that their future customers don't end up as annoyed and disappointed as I was.
