I had reservations to stay at Baymont Evansville on December 24th 2022. My package containing new clothing valued $285.63 was delivered on December 16th 2022 prior to my checkin. My flight was cancelled due to bad weather and re-booked December 29th. I communicated with the hotel about the cancelation and inquired about my package. The representative named Amanda stated that they received the package but it was later collected by FedEx and the Larry the hotel manager will call me back. I called back the next day and Amanda repeatedly hang up the phone. Finally, Larry emailed stating that they disposed of the package and will fully reimburse me for the value. He stated that the check was sent out January 6th by standard parcel and I have not received it and he will no longer reply to my emails.
Desired outcome: Please refund me the $285.63 as stated
