Purchased a battery for my laptop from www.batteriesmall.com.au and the one arrived was incorrect. I contacted customer service and they said that they can send me another one and I agreed.
The second one was also incorrect and did not fit, so I had to contact them again. Finally they said that my original order was no longer in stock so they were not able to deliver it. Terrible! I asked for a refund and they said that they don't do refunds. They still have my money and I'm stuck with a useless piece of junk which I can't even use!

People, be aware, because the company www.batteriesmall.com.au is big scam. They receive your order, take your money and sent you a fake confirmation email, where they don’t post any direct details and comments. The company provided only fault dates about the delivery time and date. As well as they left me fake contact details, and when I tried to call them, it turned out that such phone number didn’t exist. They are liars and cheaters, so run from them.
