So let me set the scene. I’m on the Awe Inspired website, having previously purchased from them and loving the necklace I already have. Excited about getting a few things. I pick out two necklaces, go to checkout and it has my old address populated. I change it and am almost ready to checkout and decide I need a ring as well. I add the ring and check out. Later looking at the email I realize that it had populated the wrong address! It’s 5:30am so obviously it’s not business hours. I send a message on their website. At 10:33am I get a response and with a few back and forth emails begging for help because it’s an over $600 purchase going to the wrong address! All I get from them is “ I am sorry, we are not responsible for the incorrect address entered at time of purchase.” Understandable they aren’t responsible, it was my mess up not changing it the 2nd time. But.. my thing is the complete and absolute disregard for helping a customer much less a returning consumer. Not saying I’m all that but I feel like my money should matter right. Either way two days with UPS and I think I (might) have fixed the situation. At the end of the day the product isn’t worth the garbage customer service. I’m not expecting them to pay for it just a little help on their end would have been nice.

The quality of Awe Inspired is really not good at all. The pieces they sell are like little trinkets you could easily find at any old mall. They might seem fabulous in the pictures, but trust me, they look incredibly cheap in person. It was such a huge disappointment for me.

I gotta say, I was really excited about getting my hands on the product from Awe Inspired. I mean, I've heard so many good things about it and the pictures on their website look absolutely stunning. But here's the thing, it's been a whole month and I still haven't received my order. Can you believe that? I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, asking about the shipment, but all I got was an automated reply with my tracking number. No real response, no updates, nothing. And that's got me feeling a bit worried, you know? Like, is this company even legit? I mean, come on, it's been a month and I still don't have my product. It's not a good look for them, that's for sure. I just hope they sort this out soon because I really want to believe that their products are as beautiful as they claim. But right now, I'm just left hanging and wondering if I made a mistake by placing an order with them. Fingers crossed they prove me wrong and deliver my order soon.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Awe Inspired. My experience with them was extremely unsatisfactory. I spent a significant amount of money on their rings, necklaces, and bracelets, only to be left disappointed. Within just six months, all of the necklaces I purchased broke, as did most of the bracelets, with the exception of one. The rings, which I paid a hefty $200 for, initially looked great, but they quickly became misshapen and no longer fit properly. Additionally, some of the rings came with stones so minuscule that they could only be seen under a microscope. It's important to note that I am unable to perform any physical tasks due to being in a wheelchair, so I did not contribute to the damage in any way. In light of this experience, I have taken the step of reporting Awe Inspired to the Better Business Bureau.

I strongly urge you to avoid falling victim to the same rip-off that I did.

I gotta tell ya, I've been snaggin' a bunch of them goddess pendants from Awe Inspired and I gotta say, I'm lovin' 'em! Now, I read this one review where someone said the jewelry looks cheap, but I gotta disagree big time. These pendants are crafted with such beauty, it's hard to believe they're not super expensive.

Now, here's the deal, I usually don't buy the chain that comes with the pendant 'cause I can find some sterling silver chains for way cheaper elsewhere. But let me tell ya, there was this one time when I had a bit of a problem. The bail on the pendant was so dang small that I couldn't even get it through the clasp ring on the chain. Talk about a bummer, right?

But hey, I didn't give up that easily. I was persistent, and guess what? They came through for me! They ended up sendin' me a chain of my choice that the pendant would fit on, and get this, they didn't charge me a single penny for it. Now that's what I call some good customer service!

I've seen some other sites out there that sell goddess pendants, but honestly, their designs just don't compare to the ones from Awe Inspired. I'm tellin' ya, I'm straight-up addicted to these beautiful pendants and the powerful message they carry. Awe Inspired has definitely got themselves a loyal customer in me. I'll be comin' back for more, that's for sure!
