I've been using AwareGPS for about three months now and I have to say, I've had some issues. First off, I had to pay to have the devices installed, which was a bit of a hassle. But then, when the devices weren't working properly, I had to pay to have them removed and installed again. And let me tell you, that wasn't cheap. Each time I had to have a mechanic remove and reinstall the trackers, it cost me a whopping $125 service fee.

Now, I was promised a $40 credit for the inconvenience, but honestly, that didn't even come close to covering the cost of the service fees. And to make matters worse, I had to manually calculate my mileage each day for three whole months! Can you believe that?

When I complained about all of this, all they could offer me was a half-hearted "sorry." And when I asked if I could get a refund, they told me that I was stuck with the devices (even though they clearly weren't working) and that all they could do was cancel the service.

But wait, it gets even better. Each time I had to send back one of the trackers, I had to pay an $80 deposit per tracker! And then I had to wait for them to verify that the GPS wasn't damaged by me before they would reimburse me. And get this, the GPS is only $40!

Honestly, I feel like I've been scammed. These guys are nothing but scam artists. I would not recommend using AwareGPS to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a different GPS provider.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when we first got our hands on the AwareGPS units. The customer service was super friendly and helpful, and we were all set up in no time. But unfortunately, things have gone downhill from there.

We've got two units that just won't stay online, no matter what we do. And the worst part is, we're still paying the monthly fee for them! We've reached out to AwareGPS support multiple times, but they just can't seem to figure out what's going on. The units work just fine when they're in our corporate office, but as soon as we try to send them to our satellite office, they go offline. It's a real head-scratcher.

To make matters worse, AwareGPS wants us to send the units back to them for $80 a pop. They say they'll refund the money once they've handled things on their end, but I'm not sure I trust them at this point. I mean, if they can't even figure out why the units aren't working, how can we be sure they'll be able to fix them?

Honestly, I think it's pretty ridiculous that we're still paying for a service that clearly isn't working. And the fact that AwareGPS won't even stop charging us until they've resolved the issue is just plain wrong. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer GPS tracking services - I'd recommend steering clear of this one.

It's frustrating to feel like we're being ignored by AwareGPS support. We've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but we just keep getting the runaround. It's like they don't even care that their product isn't working for us. I mean, we're paying customers - shouldn't they be doing everything in their power to make things right?

All in all, I'd say our experience with AwareGPS has been pretty disappointing. If you're considering using their service, I'd advise you to think twice. There are plenty of other options out there that are more reliable and customer-focused. Don't make the same mistake we did!
