Audranette Tilley review: Medical Malpractice

I have am a young lady now 42 years. In 2001 I was in a car wreck which, my family physician recommended me to a Pain management doctor. I after a one office visit with the pain management doctor. I went home and discuss the back injection to be performed by the pain management dooctor. Remember, I was having back and kneck pain. On July 26, 2002, the pain management doctor gave six injection with a 27 gauge needles around my breast area which consist on Kenalog and Xylocaine. Two weeks later I was careflighted to ETMC Tyler, where they did emergency surgery and drained over 300cc of Bloody fluid from my heart area. This doctor had punctured the pericardium. I did get a lawyer and three days before my trial date. He requested for me to drop the lawsuit against the doctor. I stated no way, so filed motion to remove my lawyer as my representation. On the date of the paperwork filed. They did not have court because Christmas was held on Sunday and the court house was closed. I have since filed with the medical board which they kept saying a lack of evidence. Now, I have forward this information to the Governor's office but they have not responded. Ms. Oliver, as of today this has changed my life. I can only sleep on my left side, a have a hard to breathing, still have back and kneck pain, etc. I am looking for justice to be served because what type of doctor give a costosternal joint injection in a person chest area. I was not aware of this type of procedure. I was told I would be given a back injection during the office visit but when I came to this doctor had almost killed me. Why should I take this and know my family has to help me. I am upset with the my so-called lawyer that let me down, the judge, and the doctor too! Help please help me.
