Bakers Delight Holdings

I have both heard and seen the manager sleeping and watching youtube video on the computer out the back of the shop, I have friends that work there and they hate having to work there because of one of there managers, I have had a chat to this manager and his name is 'John'.
Some of the things that he does at work should be something that is done in his own time and not in work hours, like come on really a manager sleeping on the job and watching youtube videos... that's a joke.
I have seen the same manager 'John' looking thought my friends bags while shopping at the store or even walking wast the window, I believe he does this to see if they are stealing, which is a form of Assault, and goes beyond personal/professional guidelines.
In a Possible outcome I believe a review of the manger should be looked into, At this store i know that there at younger girls that work there and I'm worried that there bags will be looked into by john, most young girls have feminine products within there bags and I believe that a man thats over 50 shouldn't be the one to take it upon himself to search young girls bags.
