AT &T Wireless review: Quoted 150.00 charging 182.00

I signed up to add wireless to my bill. I was called by att when I had internet and land line installed telling me if I got wireless for $55.00 plus 20% discount for bundeling . I called back on May 17 and was told my bill would be 150.00 for all three. I called the branch and was told it would be $150.00. I bought phone and signed up. I was told to call main office and tell them I was bundeling but they told me my wireless was not 55 but 85.00. I stated that was not what I was told. Went back to ATT to return phone and cancel wireless, Then I was told it would be a restocking charge for the phone which I had not used of 55.00. They told me lets work this out and the girl showed me on her cell phone my bill would be $150.26 a month. I paid $150.96 on May 17 and $150.26 on June 16. My first bill came to me at $182.00 and called att and after one hour on the phone it was corrected to $150.00. My July bill came again $182.00. I called and they told me that I would have to do auto pay for that amount. No way these people do not keep their word on prices. How can they lie and charge more then they tell you? They would not put in

writing what my bill is every month. I can not afford a 30.00 increase.

Why are these people allowed to do this? I had this same problem when

I had cable and so did 3 of my friends. I am a senior citizen and do not

like to be charge more then quoted now i have to change my cell phone.
