Dear All,
Aries International Canada - UAE are big cheaters for immigration to Canada and Australia
I have applied for immigration to Canada and I am well qualified with my experience, languages, education...etc
Everything went ok, till they started ignoring my emails and not updating my with the status of my profile starting the end of year 2009 till now june 2010. I have sent many emails and many phone calls but with no update... even I sent them the final papers of the languages test BUT they didnt forward it to the high commission of canada in London which results in rejecting my application!
Upon checking with the high commission of canada in London they confirmed that they didnt receive any laugages test results although I have forwarded it to Aries International 6 months ago!
and till now they are not answering my phone calls and emails ...!
I have seen many complaints on this complaints board but I dont know how can we open a case against them!
Please if any one can help, really I appreciate it .

Rathod, You are totally out of the context and unprofessional as well!
we are not arguing about the decision of CHC, we are highlighting the bad services of Aries and how they treat their clients ! They are 100% wrong when they dont update the client with the process of the application ... they are 100% wrong when they dont submit all required papers to CHC... and many other issues ...etc
So please read the comments carefully before you write!
ok thanks for your note. But still you havent got my point! Its 100 % their fault, because my problem with them is that simply I made the IELTS & TEF and send them the documents and they confirmed that they received my documents BUT what happened is that they didnt forward these documents to CHC although they had 3 whole months to forward it ! after very long time of silence from their side, I contacted CHC in London and told me that they didnt receive my papers and that they rejected my application due to lack of language certificates which I spent alot to do it ! so do you still insist that it is not their fault !?

I considered myself a relatively well informed person before I began my migration process for Canada with Aries International, I especially benefited from the overall perspective that the information they gave me. Yes vikas what you are saying is correct. You can do your migration process alone. but if you are heiring a consultant they should have a MARA license. I have seen a company in dubai, premiers. they say they have DIMAI license. i checked the australain embassy and found out that there is no such license. they are frauds

Their lawyer in the Australian office is extremely helpful. I got my PR through Aries and landed in Australia in December 2009. I met their lawyer in their Office in Melbourne and she helped me with opening my bank account, getting the TFN number and getting my medicare card.

Vikas I came to know through someone that if a client goes through a Non MARA registered agent and if their file gets rejected then they will be banned for 5 years for applying any type of a visa to Australia. I got my permanent residence through Aries International and they are MARA registered agents. I never had any issues with them.

I request you all to choose Aries as Migration agent as they are MARA registered. At-least then we can make sure we are going through government registered agents for migration to Australia.

I agree with you. Aries International are thieves that are playing with peoples lives.
They refuse to communicate effectively with customers. Customers have to constantly
chase them. The resident director (what every that means) Mr. Soni is not in the office
at all except in the evenings. I am convinced he has a day job and manages Aries
part time. I tried calling him just today and he is away on a business trip. What's the
point of being a "resident" director. The staff (namely Mr. Gauri Shankar and Miss Maybelle)
are complicit in the deceit. They spread misinformation and give false hope. I had to change
my representation, who then got in touch with the canadian immigration services and I was
shocked with their report. Aries never submitted my documents! Everything was provided
to Aries in time and they didn't do their job! and continue to dissemante false statements.
I will be taking Aries to court in the UAE and suing their parent company in Canada. I would
also suggest you do the same.
