Wrong key issues with vehicle.

When I received my 2022 Kia Soul vin KNDJ23AU6N7167365. I was told there were 2 keys for the vehicle. I discovered after the purchase, that one key was not for my vehicle. Morgan, customer service representative promised me a replacement key as did the salesman. It has been 4 months and I do not have my key.

Morgan told me the keys were not available, then I discovered they were, so she said she would purchase from a local dealer Ancira and Ancira would call me with the key, Ancira never received her call, then she told me it was because the computers were down, now she says Arapahoe Kia will send me a key.

Desired outcome: A key fob for my Kia Soul.
