I ordered from Aphrodite's on Jan 5, 2021. I got 9 pairs of shoes, but they only sent me 8 pairs. I emailed them 4 times about the missing pair, but they haven't replied. I really wanted these shoes for my birthday in May. I'm really mad right now.

So, I ordered something from Aphrodite's and guess what? They messed up my order big time! I reached out to them and they were like, "Hey, just keep what we sent you and we'll fix it by sending the right thing." They promised I'd have it before Christmas. That was like 10 days ago, man. Now it's December 22nd and I'm still empty-handed. And get this, when I try to call them, nobody picks up! The phone just keeps on ringing and ringing. I can't even leave a message. Seriously, what a bummer!

I ordered six items, but I only received three. They said Canada Post messed up and claimed I provided the wrong address. When I called to inquire, they accused me of fraud and said they couldn't do anything about the $195 I spent on the missing items. It was really unprofessional, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered from Aphrodite's and they totally lied about how long it would take to ship my order. On their website, it said it would be a 3-6 business day turnaround. But guess what? It's been three weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they gave me a fake tracking number, just like other people have complained about. This tracking number doesn't even get scanned by ***! They tried to blame it on the shipping company, but come on, you gotta actually take it there and get it scanned first. It's so frustrating!

I ordered 2 necklaces on December 3, 2022. I was given a fake tracking number and customer service ain't doing anything to fix it. I complained to PayPal and they gave them a different tracking number. It's so dumb, I ain't ever gonna order from this fake company again. Hopefully PayPal gives me my money back. Right now, I'm out more than $50. Such a letdown.

I can't believe it! I was promised my order would arrive in one to two weeks, but it's been two weeks already and I still haven't gotten a tracking number. I had to bug them three times before they finally gave me a tracking number, but guess what? It's a fake one! I reached out to them to let them know, but they didn't bother replying. I've sent them ten emails since then, and they haven't responded to any of them! It seems like they're just a scammy company trying to rip people off. Seriously, I strongly recommend that you don't waste your hard-earned money on their products, no matter how nice they may look.

I bought two necklaces for my nieces for Christmas from Aphrodite's. I paid for both necklaces and also requested gift wrap for both. However, when my package arrived, there was only one necklace inside. I have sent four emails to the company, but I haven't received any response or solution yet. They keep asking me to send a picture of the item so their shipping department can investigate, but I have already emailed them the picture twice and still no response or solution. I'm really disappointed with their customer service and I feel like I've been cheated.

I would give them "0" stars if that was an option! They took my money, via credit card on Dec.14, with a 3-5 day delivery. That was over 2 weeks ago! $74 for a necklace for my sister's Christmas gift. My first contact gave me a tracking number that was useless. All it said was USPS printed a shipping label on Dec.20, but they were still waiting for the item. That makes two of us! I've contacted Aphrodite twice since, with no response. It makes me so mad! After researching them, I found out they used to call themselves Pandora's Box, but after so many bad reviews under that name, apparently they thought a change was needed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS OPERATION. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!

Aphrodite had this deal online where you buy one tree of life bundle and you get another one free. So, I thought, why not? I decided to order it as a gift for my two daughters. I called customer service three times and they assured me that everything was taken care of. They said my order would be shipped out and arrive by last Friday, the 17th. But guess what? I haven't received any email about my order and I still haven't gotten it. I called them three more times and they just kept giving me the same runaround. Today, on December 20th, I tried calling again and it just kept ringing for like 20 minutes. Nobody answered and then it just hung up on its own. I'm so frustrated now that I just want to cancel the order. I don't want SHOP.me to take any money from my account for this purchase that I no longer want. I need them at Shop.me to give me a cancellation number and I want one for myself too. I need help with this because I can't get Aphrodite to answer the phone. Honestly, Aphrodite is a total rip-off and I will never order from them again.

Do not order from them! I ordered 2 necklaces for my daughter for Christmas. They took the money from my bank account, then 2 days before Christmas, they emailed me saying my account was flagged for fraud. They asked for a picture of my credit card and ID. What? They already took my money, so how could there be fraud? They waited until the last minute to tell me there was a problem, and now my daughter has no gifts. I'm devastated. I can't believe this is how they do business. Our holiday was ruined because of this. The worst part is that Etsy had the same items for the same price, but I didn't choose to order from them. I've never been asked to send a copy of my card and ID before. That's not acceptable. Something is fishy about this place. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from Aphrodite's! It's a ***!

My wife purchased a necklace from this company. Complete junk and made her break out around her neck. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to help getting money back. Threw out necklace and will never buy again from this company. Wish i could give it less than 1 star!

bad quality jewelry better say low quality overpriced fashion jewelry! bad customer service. i placed and order, two weeks had passed and never received any type of confirmation number or tracking number. I called and sent them messages and did not receive a reply. until i sent a message through messenger. Will never buy from here again!

My review comes in two parts, first my daughters love the necklaces, now the bad news. My order was placed on March 20th for two necklaces for my twin daughters as Easter gifts. Three weeks should have been long enough to get products from Florida to NJ. My order finally arrived on April 3rd. When I opened the package I was mortified, there was only 1 necklace in the package! They can't count to 2? After 32 (not a typo) calls to customer service someone finally answered and said another one will be sent out. Needless to say my Easter was ruined. I finally got the second necklace today (April 12th). They should have overnighted a second necklace or at the very least, 2 day delivery. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service.

I purchased a mask from The Digital Man. The mask is much smaller than advertised and does not go over my chin. The mask measurements don't match the size chart on their site. I contacted The Digital man through email, Facebook, and phone call. They have not provided me with a way to return the mask. The only response I got through Facebook was an offer to purchase another mask at a discount. Now I am receiving no replies. When I call I can not get through to a person. On their website there is a 30 day return period. I would like a refund.

I ordered a necklace. paid for it and got the run around on delivery and availability of the item. I was not told the item was out of stock until after they took the money for the item. The item was continually made available on their website as well as Facebook, and they continued to give me the run around while spamming me through fb messenger, and lying to me about the item being available and then out of stock again. Three weeks into this and I still have no refund nor the item I ordered. They try to blame shipping delays on Covid 19, but that doesn't apply since they haven't even shipped the item!

I bought a necklace and bracelet from here few days before Mothers Day I bought them for my wife.And I saw on online that the package was delivered.So I hide the package from my wife.And on mother day I opened the package and I only saw one item which was the necklace.I was missing the bracelet.So I gave my wife the enchanted box and she opened it and it was EMPTY.There was no necklace in the box.That gift ruined my day and my mood.I sent an email and I got a response about they will make things better but I wanted a refund and they have ignored me since then.They have not responded to me or contacted me about what I wanted to do.

I am trying to return two items. They have only sent me one return label despite me sending multiple emails to them. I placed two orders for Valentines day, #[protected] and #[protected] on 8th Feb 2021. Sadly neither order arrived before Valentines day. I have been contacting the company via e-mail since then, trying to arrange the return and a refund, however, so far they have only sent me one return label despite numerous e-mails from myself. I also had to chase them to get the return label, which took them 5 days to generate. I have sent back the first order, but as yet have had no confirmation from them that it was received not that they are processing the refund.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter almost 2 weeks ago. Their shipping info states they will ship it out in 3-6 business days. Haven't gotten ithem. To continue on They emailed back with an apology and a 40% off coupon Said they just got a new shipment in of the necklaces. But still no email saying it's been shipped out. It doesn't take 2 weeks to ship out a product. I hope I've not been snowed. Companies that set the time and dates and don't live up to it should be punished. I work hard for my money and I pray I've not been ripped off. My daughter and I ordered again w the 40% off coupon. A few days ago. I hope it gets put in the mail right away. I'm really starting to worry

In December I placed an order for Nokia Power Earbuds (order # 2128) at a cost of $80.00. Upon receipt I could get only one of the earbuds to work. I returned the earbuds within the 30 days as indicated by their return policy. Their return process does not give an address to return the products to so I returned them to the address on their website. I have reached out to them several times via their email, but have not received a response. I also responded to a customer satisfaction request indicating my disappointment with the product and noting that I returned them to their Miami address. Have asked for return label and authorization to return an item since July. Company will not provide this information. ordered items *** and item *** which were delivered on 7/20. I immediately contacted company, advising I wanted to return 1 of the items for a refund. Would not provide this return info. They instead asked that I look for a comparable item, and they would ship asap. This has been going on since 7/20. I wait, nothing. I contact them, another excuse but rest assured it's on the way. I wait and wait and wait. I keep getting the run around. I have been more than reasonable in giving them time to make good. I just want my return and refund done. I trusted them, in good faith I thought they would resolve my issue to no avail.

I placed an order on 3/7. Aftergettinh conformation I waited a few days and I emailed referencing tracking info. I was then told that that I for nation would be available within a week. Well unfortunately I have been getting b the run around about the entire order. I email them asking for info several time before I got a response pointing shipping issues towards Covid. After about 20 days I asked for a refund. 10 total emails have been exchanged from 3/7 - 4/8 and 7 were from myself. I have asked to speak with someone to no avail that hasn't happened. As I read through all the shipping info it states that orders can take up to 39 days Ig being shipped out of the US. Well I'm about 4.5 hours from Florida so I know that time frame doesn't apply to me. I am utterly disappointed and I just truly want my money back at this point.

I purchased a necklace of of afrodities.com 10 days went by as I was checking tracking to see why it had not been shipped yet. Then I received a email from them saying my purchase was out of stock and that they were hoping to get another one in stock. In the meantime they have my money for a product I have not received. I have tried to email them numerous times to ask for a refund . I do not get emails back. Ultimately I do not understand why they advertise something they do not have in stock. I have heard this from other people as well that they purchased something and never received it due to it being out of stock. I really would just like my money to be returned to my card I used. That is what I have asked in my emails is to just refund my money. But to no prevail. Please can I just get my money back onto my card? I only want to resolve this. As they have my money on a product they say they are out of. I just want to resolve this and have a refund.

I ordered a necklace in November for Xmas arrived in jan wrong one received they sent new package and low and behold nothing in the box. I was upset Hello I ordered a Daughter necklace online and paid for it on 25th November via PayPal. I didn't receive this item so contacted Aphrodite's and they said they would send another one and they were very apologetic. I received the next package in jan and it was a Mother necklace I was waiting for a daughter one. Once again I contacted them at this stage I was upset as my daughter still hadn't had her Xmas present. They kindly said they would send me another one free of charge. I've been waiting for this to arrive and finally it came on Friday 12th February I was so excited I called my Daughter and she opened the package and I couldn't believe my eyes. The box was lovely and it had the correct Daughter insert piece of card BUT NO NECKLACE now I've gone from being upset to being very cross as you can imagine Please look into this ASAP

On 12/17/22, I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend for the holidays from aphrodites.com. The ad was on *** It appeared reputable. I placed the order for $29.99. However, here we are, on 12/23, and the order has not even shipped. The ad claimed delivery by the holiday; however, the holiday is Sunday, and by the Friday before, it still has not shipped. I contacted them three times before I got a response asking if I wanted a free gift to ship with the order. Now I get ads in my email from the company, as well as ads from other companies I know nothing about that I did not opt into. It is impossible to get ahold of ANYONE at this company. They want to take their sweet time shipping what was paid for, but they sure as heck took my money and I also believe they sold my information to other companies. Their website has nothing but glowing reviews, which I think are either fake or doctored. I dont want my money back; I want the item I ordered and was charged for, to be shipped!

I purchased 2 necklaces 1 on 12/3 and 1 or 12/4 was told they would arrive within *** business days. I was also told there would be a tracking# emailed to me which I never got. I have paid for these items 1 on *** for $26.50and 1 or 12/4 for $21.20. On 12-14-22 i went on messenger and sent the a message that told them I never received a tracking# to track my items and when could I expect the. The message back was they said at 5:45 PM that they had found my orders and they were being ship together and gave me tracking # ***. They said that was on 12-10-22 but no updated information was on that. They said they were going to escalate my concerns to the Shipping Team for further investigation, and would provide an update as soon as they could. Since then I have emailed them 3 times and no response. I tried to call them at *** phone does not ring or anything. This is ridiculous as these were Christmas gifts. I would like my items or my money back. They are refusing to reply back to me.

I ordered a necklace on Oct 14 for a baby shower Nov 6. Order number XXXXXXXXXXX I was advised via email that the order was confirmed and being prepared. I eventually got an email w a tracking number, which I discovered did not work. I emailed the company again, and was told there was an error in the tracking and it would be escalated to the management team and re ordered at no charge, w an email to be sent confirmation shipment and new tracking number This was Oct 25. I did not receive such an email, and emailed again and was again told it was being prepared. As of today , I have continued to receive advertising emails from said company, but still no indication item I ordered had been shipped. Today I called the 1888 number and spoke to a customer rep( I also sent a formal email complaint) . He indicated that the order was still being processed. I advised him that I was not satisfied w their service, I requested a refund as I no longer want to risk waiting for something that may never arrive. He agreed to reverse the charge. I advised that I was still notifying the ComplaintsBoard.com to ensure that I would receive my refund

I ordered a mask from this company and got it and it was great but broke quickly. Contacted them multiple times promised replacement. Can't get update I ordered a mask from this company in late February. It was great and I put a review saying how comfortable it was and hoped to get another. (Was marked down from 29.99 to 19.99 to 16, so not cheap.) With 4 uses of under 12 total hours the ear loop broke. I hand washed and treated with care. I contacted them by email, Facebook, messenger. Took days to hear any response. Was finally told they'd agree to take down my 5 star review and photo (would not publish a lower review describing that it did not last long), said they'd give a 10% discount for trouble and said they'd sent replacement. Didn't hear back and reached out again. They claimed this issue never happened before so they didn't know what to do but would send a mask when they have more in my size which should be March 31. Reached out to them for updates twice more including on March 31 and not getting any responses again. I feel this company is dishonest as they only publish 5 star reviews then advertise they have all 5 star reviews, would not communicate what the issue is so I don't know if this is a common flaw or a freak occurance, and will not get back to me on my replacement.

I ordered masks from this Company , Nov 30, 2020 - order #1703. I have not received my entire order,/or refund even after calling and emailing, on Nov.23, 2020, I ordered 3-XL, & 1-L masks from this Co, order #1703. I emailed them after not receiving them,12/7,12/15, 12/22. with a new address. I finally received ONLY the 3- XL mask 12/28. I emailed them 1/4 asking for a refund for the size -L mask,(14.99 + tax) no response. I called 2/12- spoke to a CS Rep,@ XXX-XXX-XXXX who said I should receive a refund in 2 days. I called again 2/24, to the same number and was told they were not refunding my money because it had been more than 30 days. I told that rep, I had been emailing the Company since December about my order, he checked the records and said he would someone reach out to me or send my size large Mask which has been prepaid thru my Pay pal account. I have called XXX-XXX-XXXX - Digital Man, only to be put on hold and to then getting a voice mail saying they have a high call volume, call between 9 a - 5 pm M-F, or Sat 10 a -3p. and then a beep to leave a message. I have called 3/3 -2:23 pm MST, 3/4 - 9:19 am -MST, 3/4- 9:19 am MST, 3/XX X:XX am MST. I have left a message each time with no return call. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX X/XX- X:XX am, now getting the same message. I am requesting a refund for the Large mask $14.99+ tax, since they cannot accommodate the product. I order 2 necklaces on December 4th. Payment has been cleared. I received shipment instructions on December 9th with a tracking number. It shows that label was created but still hasnt shipped. I emailed them and their response was on December 13th.Their response: Hi ***,I found that your order was labeled and shipped out from our facility on December 10, 2022. Please note we continue to see carrier delays (from pickup to scan). As a result, you may see some delays in tracking updates even after the packages have been picked up.Moreover, the reason why tracking does not update might be because the *** happen after the shipments are picked up and brought back to the carrier facilities to be sorted and scanned. Usually tracking updates within *** hours however, due to a failure in scanning by the carrier, tracking hasn't been updated yet and there is a significant amount of delay. If there is a failure in scanning the package by the carrier, it doesn't show that the carrier has possession of the package in their system. That might be the reason tracking says that they didn't receive the package. In most cases, orders are recovered and delivered.
