Arranged with Ann Elise Parker after finding her ad on Craigslist selling a Pomeranian puppy to purchase a female chocolate purebred Pomeranian... She claimed the female had AKC papers. Per our agreement on text she was selling the female Pomeranian to me for the reduced price of $300 provided I get her spayed... Once the female was spayed Ann Elise Parker would send me the AKC papers. I was told a very dramatic family health drama story as to why this dog that they had been on a 3 yr waiting list to get and paid $900 down for and then once she was born they had to wait 5 months for her to be shipped to them. 2 months later they were selling her. And supposedly her brother too. She was supposedly fully vetted and housebroken.
The family was "so sad and heartbroken" to have to sell the Pomeranians and wanted to find the best homes for them. We met a few days later in a shopping center parking lot as she lived more than 100 miles from me. I was more than willing to travel to her home but she claimed she was not going to be home that weekend. We waited 2 hrs for them. When they showed up they had the Pomeranian who was adorable, a stuffed animal and a leash. Ann Elise Parker stated she had forgotten the shot records, toys and everything for the dog on her driveway. I told her she could mail the dog's records to me but to keep the stuffed animals.
2 weeks later, I had a spay appointment set up for my dog for the following week. I texted Ann Elise Parker informing her of this AND asked could she go ahead and send me the AKC papers. She became very rude and said absolutely not, that she would need proof of the spaying before she would send her papers to me. I also asked for the shot records and did not get a response regarding those. She then called me... I wasn't able to answer however my husband did answer and she proceeded to speak to him in a very rude manner dressing us down for asking for the papers before she was spayed and repeated the agreement to my husband.
She hung up on him very rudely. Afterwards, I was able to get a spay appt at the humane society for a much cheaper cost. I canceled the first spay appt and went with the humane society. The dog was spayed 2/7/15. On 2/8/15, I sent a text to Ann Elise Parker that my dog had been spayed and to provide her email address so I could send her pictures of the papers. After 7 hrs, no response. I sent her a wall message on Facebook and a final text at 7pm. No responses. I then sent her boyfriend Jon Michael Adams a private msg on Facebook asking for the email address. No answer. An hour later my husband sent Ann Elise Parker a text from his phone and she responded right away.
Her husband then called me on my husband's phone yelling at me to stop harassing them and they didn't have an agreement with me. That I had bought the dog free and clear and he didn't know anything about an agreement between me and his wife. He said he thought we had been "rude" to Ann Elise Parker asking for the papers the end of December and that they weren't going to send anything to me. My husband spoke very firmly to him and was able to get his email. We both apologized for any slight they had felt in December and we just wanted to complete the transaction of our dog and never speak to them again.
I proceeded to email the spay papers to Jon Michael Adams. The email was very professional and courteous and not in the least bit rude. However he responded with an illiterate, poorly written email with the statement he wanted to see the text that stated our agreement about the papers, and that we better not contact either of them ever again except for that text. I responded that his wife had told both my husband and myself that she had saved all the texts so she could show him the agreement because I wasn't providing him with anything. That was not in the agreement.
The whole things comes down to this: After seeing Ann Elise Parker's activities on Facebook where she would write about going to dog breeders in other states and the basic misrepresentation of herself after seeing her Facebook, I realized she lied about everything. She was a dog breeder or a broker and had never had any papers on my dog. She would tart fights to claim harassment to stop contact and this was her and her husband's way of getting people to leave them alone when they would contact them for the dogs papers... both for shots and AKC registration.
These people do not have any of these records. They somehow got my dog from somebody and to make themselves quick cash they sold dogs for the income. They wouldn't allow the dogs to breed because there are no AKC papers as they will tell people there are... we were actually told we could not breed my dog because she would not have been able to collect $900 for the puppies!
My dog is fine without the papers. Happy and healthy and much loved. I am so glad she is not with those horrible dog brokers any longer. Please do not purchase animals from Ann Elise Parker of Lagrange, GA. She will tell you her name is Elise but she is called Ann by everybody else. A way to be on the down low I suppose. Her husband is supposedly a Lagrange ga/ Troup Co. Correctional officer and tries a bit hard to throw his weight around. It did not work here. They posted pictures on her Facebook of sex toys on their nightstand and a bong on their coffee table. They have children in their pictures and living in their house.
When I posted this on www.complaintsboard.com, it was in the hope that ann elise parker would be exposed of her sneaky, illegal, fraudulent, scam artist ways. I posted this one month after all our problems with ann elise parker. my husband and I never in our life thought we would run into this type of person, especially from just getting a dog. all we wanted was a cute little dog to be our companion!
our beloved dachshund that we had for several years had passed away recently and we wanted another dog. I am happy to say that kisses is happy, healthy (she was very thin when I got her) spoiled rotten and we love her so much. she is a joy. I am so thankful I was able to rescue my precious little dog from this horrible woman. I find it utterly laughable that ann elise parker states we wanted to breed kisses. if I had ever wanted to breed a dog, I had my purebred dachshund for 6 years, with papers in hand, when we got her as a puppy that I could have bred, yet I had her fixed! I do not breed dogs, never wanted to do that and never had any interest in doing that! I wouldn't even know where to begin to do the breeding process, and it certainly is nothing I have ever wanted to attempt!
the problem that I have with ann elise parker is we held up our end of the bargain. she knows full well what that deal was, yet claimed to not know what it was after she got our money! the deal we made was, we got kisses, I paid her $300, we had to get her fixed and then she would send us her akc papers. yes, it was not a deal that sounded fully legitimate but I went ahead with it, believing in the goodness of people. so... we got kisses, we had her fixed, I sent her and jon michael adams copies of her spaying (she was also chipped and fully vetted as a responsible pet owner would do for their pets) and then they proceeded to give us problems!
We just wanted her papers! plain and simple! how hard is that?
I have retained copies of all texts, instant messages, and emails between the 4 of us with proof that those 2 lied thru their teeth. neither one of them could get their stories straight. first they had papers, then they didn't, then they had them and on and on. after going round and round with those 2 for a month (by being bullied, intimidated and threatened with legal and police action), I posted on here to expose her shady dealings. never contacted her again until I heard from her a few months later when she had seen the post and threatened legal action. she was very upset. oh well! I informed her when she provided me with my dog's registration papers, then I would take the posting down. I stand by my word and I have a huge problem with liars, thieves, frauds and those that prey on the goodness of others... if I had received the papers, I would have taken the posting down. she never provided them, because there are no papers, so this posting stands.
It was upsetting to see that ann elise parker is still out there scamming innocent people! she claims that myself, my husband and mr. skinner are all dog breeders. nope! we all just wanted a family dog! we are the innocent victims!
The only truth she has posted are these words about herself :"I am the said"dog breeder or scam artist". her business is dogs... she won't get a real job... she claims to be a trainer, an exotic animal owner, animal behaviorist and handler! I have proof of all her claims!

I had nothing to hide. it was very disappointing to find out she was not who she claimed to be! ann elise parker has a bad reputation... you can't scam people and think you can keep getting away with it!

She was spayed & chipped at the atlanta humane society on 2/7/15. if you want to verify her procedure, I have one picture with the phone #, however the best way to contact them was email. if these pictures are not sufficient, let me know and I will scan and email them from my workplace.
I also respectfully request any shot records you may have of kisses to be sent to us with her registration papers.
Thank you for your help and I look forward to seeing kisses' papers in a very timely manner.

Ann Elise Parker states this in her rebuttal:
"Kaleb was not happy after he got the dog because he wanted a certain type of registration and I told him I only knew what I told him and that the registry from NKC and CKC was all that I had."
Facts about NKC and CKC:
Non-reputable breeders use kennel clubs like the NKC and CKC to make it look like their dogs are "registered" and have papers, because people who don't know much about purebreds think that means something. "Real" registration papers with the AKC don't do anything beyond confirm that your dog, and its parents are considered to be purebred dogs of the registered breed (which is more than you're getting from the NKC and CKC, at least). But that doesn't mean that it's a well-bred dog. Many non-reputable breeders do manage to get their dogs registered with the AKC -- that's why it's super important to do your research and buy a dog from a reputable breeder..Also do not confuse Continental Kennel Club with the well respected Canadian Kennel Club. Both registries use the initials CKC.
Not familiar with NKC, there are several other registries besides these.
1.AKC only registers pure breed dogs while NKC can register any dogs.
2.AKC is stricter when it comes to testing the proof and authenticity of the dogs being registered while the NKC is not that particular to proofs and authenticity.
3.NKC dogs can’t join easily the dog shows of AKC.
4.The parents and the offspring of the dogs registered in AKC are authentic while the dogs, from parents to offspring, are not authentic in NKC.
Ann Elise Parker is a non-reputable dog breeder. Beware of any seller or breeder who uses NKC and CKC to sell a dog.

Jon Michael Adams is definitely not the one to blame in this situation. My husband and I also got scammed pretty recently by Ann Elise Parker, and I decided to reach out to Jon after seeing that they were no longer together. He was 100% honest from the start and told me the whole story between them. Often she would contact people under his name and pretend to be him, which I know is true because she contacted me acting like her teenage daughter (who doesn’t even live in the same town as her). Jon has been so helpful and really wants to get his name cleared from this situation that she put him in. They have a child together which is why he stayed for so long, sometimes you do things to protect your kids. He has since then turned a new leaf and hates all the stuff that has happened to people she’s scammed. If anyone decides to reach out, he will 100% apologize and it is so sincere. She is a professional scam artist and hopefully will be in jail soon. Do NOT ever do business with this woman. She has posed as a dog breeder, horse breeder, nurse, wedding coordinator. This lady does not even have a high school diploma. She and her mother, Frances Parker, will do anything but actual work to make a dime. She is a active addict, and has had her children taken away from her. You can NOT trust her.
Let me also add that a lot of this information is public record, I’ve found her arrest records with a quick google search. She has GTA charges, and other charges. Has been in trouble with the law multiple times. All around she is just bad news. And will place the blame on everyone but herself.

This girl is a habitual LIAR. To the point she doesn't even remember her own lies! She does not care about the animals she is selling. She is all about "making a dollar". The animals she has been known to sell have been under weight. If she says the animal is papered, looks like you better get them upon animal pickup or payment. She claims to be a professional horse trainer and barrel racer, horse behaviorist, and have world-wide known references. These are all lies. If you really are a professional, you'll have something on Google other than SCAM ARTIST articles. She has ruined 2 horses by " training" them that I am aware of, rode the barrel pattern completely wrong on her "Barrel" horse, and I could go on. I wouldn't trust her to train an ant. She's very selfish and she does drugs. She is not to be trusted. She is going to learn the hard way that you can't keep taking advantage of good people. One day, you're going to come into contact with one that is going to bite you back.

The dog received by joe and christy grabowski was a dog that was not sold for any type of profit.
These individuals wanted to breed a dog they agreed to spay. this was all a verbal arrangement, nothing was written. this dog waa not "resold" 2 months or however long after we had gotten her. we rehomed her because at the time I had severe medical issues that were life threatening. we did a lot of diligence, we talked to a lot of people and adeptly made a choice on who we believed was the best fit. we chose christy and her husband joe. when I first met this couple they seemed fun and out going with common interests. we became facebook friends and I was happy to be able to see photos.
I learned that joe and christy grabowski wanted to breed kisses through facebook and was really disheartened because i've never been an advocate of dog breeding, especially of a dog we loved and one that size. christy and her husband joe called me cussing me out, belligerent and threatening me. yes! I hung up the phone. I had my family in the car with me.

It is now 12/28/15 and I am still being harassed by christy grabowski. she thought she could bully me into allowing her to do something I don't stand for which, if being against breeding dogs is a crime then i'm guilty.
If anyone is rehoming a pet or animal please do your research before letting someone take your pet. my situation has become a nightmare because of this person.
I helped a family member place their border collie to kaleb skinner. he was told I did not own the dog or know anything about it. I met with kaleb skinner to let him see said puppy, with both sets of registration.
Kaleb was not happy after he got the dog because he wanted a certain type of registration and I told him I only knew what I told him and that the registry from nkc and ckc was all that I had.
Ultimately after kaleb contacted lagrange police department, as well as my husbands work place and caused a huge mess we refunded the money to this man, that came out of my pocket. he kept the dog, it's registration and signed a legally binding agreement to discontinue any negative actions against us.
After notifying lpd, it was brought to our attention that kaleb skinner is a dog breeder and was advertising boxer puppies for sale.
Initially kaleb had the choice to meet with my family member that had the dog and he asked if I would get the puppy and bring it to him since we had already spoken and I was closer than my family. the same day I initially spoke with kaleb is the same day I got the puppy to bring to him.
After a lot of communication and back and forth I had to call the police to my home because kaleb skinner continued to contact me and the last straw was at 1:27 am and woke up my baby and at this point, kaleb was sending me family photos from my facebook page and it unnerved me being he was a complete stranger.
Lpd contacted him, told him not to proceed with further contact. my husband is in law enforcement and mr. skinner thought the responding officer was a friend of my husbands.in fact he wasn't. mr skinner filed a complaint on the officer and then we were contacted by sgt. nelson. after speaking with him I reached out to kaleb and refunded his money (our family members didn't even want to talk to him since we had to get the police involved, so this money came from us!) he kept both registration papers which were legitimized after the incident and he as well kept the puppy. we got scammed in this situation because he ended up with a free dog and we weren't even the owners of the puppy to begin with!
Joe and christy are maliciously posting things that are not true nor accurate and to say my husband is "illiterate" is far from the truth.
I have attached some of the messages which are simply a few of 1000's we have gotten, using words like "baby daddy, and civil servant"
I also have all correspondences with joe and christy and the only reason for legal action not being pursued is we didn't have enough information on them to do so.
I am not a perfect person but am certainly not a scam artist or a breeder of any sort.

Hey these people are no doubt scam artist. My name is Kaleb they got me just a day or two ago. I have called the Lagrange police. they are waiting for a document from my vet if it comes back that the pure breed border collie they sold me is in fact not pure breed which is the case I'll be pressing charges on them for theft by deception.But I wanted to encourage you to call the LPD ask for Srgt. William Nelson he is handling my case and two stories will incriminate them even more. They should be punished! They also tried the harassment by communication trick with me but it is all just a scare tactic they even had the police to call me which did them no good other than the police finding out they are thrives. I am certain they will be prosecuted for this I also called the Jon guys boss the assistant warden at troup county correctional facility and told her he called me and said he was a cop and I didn't want to f with him I would encourage you to contact her as well. I will say yes I agree with everyone that Ann Elise is a scam artist. Jon adams got caught up with the wrong person. He is no longer with her. And hates the life he lived with her. Jon is a great person and regrets all time spent with her. Jon has now moved on with his life and lives a better life without her. She is one of the worst people I have ever met in my lifetime. And she has had every job out there in the world. But believe me she is still conning people and will till the day she dies. Anyone that gets in her web she will destroy. Thank the lord above Jon is no longer with her. It is so sad that Jon got involved with that. Because believe me Jon is not like that and is a wonderful person. Just made a big mistake. Believe me she conned him to. She is human waste.
