Children's Court is a very special and bizarre court that does not follow the rules of any regular civil or criminal court. Due to this, attorneys who are specially trained are needed to navigate the shark infested waters of Edelman Children's Court.

But Andrew Kerns, Eli Hammond and Lance Cleary are money grubbing crooks so they will lie to you, in your desperation, and tell you they can help you and your child survive the utter nightmare that is Los Angeles County DCFS and a false report that can ruin your child's life forever.

They will parade Andrew Kerns in front of you and tell you he is your attorney for the case. They will take a large sum of money after convincing you with a charming pony show. Then Andrew will DISAPPEAR. A week later they will give you an attorney who doesn't even know how to answer the phone they are so green. They have a stable of these. Braindead people who have no business practicing law. But they still charge you the senior attorneys price a la Andrew Kerns.

So this is how, with no criminal charge, no proof, no evidence no witnesses and a nearly grown child who insisted they were never abused in their family Andrew Kern got my child taken, detained, drugged by DCFS and abused within an inch of her life.

They did nothing to defend us or me. The day I told them a case was filed to remove my child from her safe home, they sent a hack who can't even talk to the court house. after taking ALL OF OUR MONEY, I am telling you they will latch onto you and suck your marrow out of your bones til you have no money left.

Later when I went to hire another attorney who actually is a real children's court attorney, he advised me that Claery and Hammond everyone knows is not a children's court firm they have no experience in the children's court.

I never met Lance but this attorney who has known these criminals for a few years says all that money we spent went into Lance Claery's nose.
