I made it to the kitchen of my apartment, opened the microwave to find the bag of popcorn on fire. I threw it in the sink and ran water on it. My neighbors came complaining about the smell from the horrible aroma of burning materials. My microwave is ruined, I've spent countless hours scrubbing soot off walls, not only in my apartment but hallways and stairways... I've tried emailing and calling the Amish Company but they want to blame my microwave that was new 9 months ago. I have the what's left of the bag and its charred contents, but they weren't interested.
