American Inn Rip off liers

We stayed there the 20th checked out 21st I believe I l left a garment that was $45 on the bathroom hanging behind the door we went back for it 20 minutes later and it was gone they said they would call us as soon as they found it we came back two hours later and talked to a guy named josh who is the manager he also said he would call us back if he found it or he would compensate us for the room they never called us today when I called a week later they pretended like we were never even there and then suddenly he remembered and said he never found the garment and would call me back after he talked to josh that was five hours ago he still never called back I would like to be compensated

Desired outcome: Compensation for my garment and a free room

American Inn hotel was infested with cockroaches bedbugs

On july 10, 2019 we rented a hotel room at america inn in sedalia mo. Within an hour we witnessed roaches running around threw out the fridge., themicrowave and the ac unit.
