I've been an AHS customer for many years and it takes a great deal of patience to deal with them. Their costs have doubles and service has declined. Currently, I have a claim filed but he pro has not record of it being assigned (and they missed the appointment I had per AHS). After reaching out 4 times, they AHS rep continues to follow a process that isn't working. I have 2 homes on AHS contracts and the frustration isn't worth it. I will be cancelling both contracts as soon as this one service request is completed.
Claimed loss: Dishwasher inopperable
Desired outcome: for the dishwasher to be fixed in a timely manner.
