I got my car back yesterday, but I've been trying to get in touch with Alpha Recovery ever since. It's been impossible to reach them by phone. They have my car and they're making me schedule an appointment for a later date to pick it up. They won't even confirm the appointment or tell me where my car is located. I can't even retrieve my belongings from it. It's frustrating! I'm considering seeking legal advice because nobody, not even my lender, can get through to them. I really need my car back immediately.

Okay, I gotta admit, cuz of money problems, I had to let go of my car. Not Alpha Recovery's fault tho. I told the collector they could take the car, so they hired Alpha to do it. My granddaughter accidentally broke a necklace her mom gave her before she died. She left it on the center console of the car, right between the driver and passenger seat. I talked to someone on the phone who said the necklace was actually in the car when it got towed. They said they would look into it. That was 3 weeks ago. Today, I'm filing a police report for grand theft. Nobody from this company has any answers. And since that phone call, nobody has reached out to me to fix this. They were supposed to pick up a car, not steal stuff from it. This necklace is super important and it cost over $1600. Can't replace it! Your company should be ashamed!

Zero zero zero stars. Incredibly unprofessional. You have to schedule an appointment to get any of your personal belongings along with to retrieve your vehicle when the financial company releases it. Their recording says office hours are 9:15 to 4pm. Call at 3pm and their office is closed it says to email immediate matters to them. I do so, because they have no appointments available for 4 days after my car was released by my financial company. I emailed them asking if I could please retrieve my husbands medicine that was in the car. Thats it. So he was not going the entire weekend without it. They were mocking and just downright disrespectful. Stating I had until 1/5 to make an appointment to get his mexidine ummm you had NO appointments available hence my email request to simply get emergency medicine out of the vehicle. I cannot stress enough how shocked I am at their responses. I wish I could screenshot them here but will certainly put a review everywhere I can and provide the screenshots to my financial company so they stop using this awful company!

I would give zero stars if possible. My car was repossessed in late March , which is not Alpha Recovery's fault. However, this company lies and steals - 100 percent. During this difficult situation, I was never informed that my personal belongings would be removed from my vehicle and held by this company for only a limited time frame. My lender informed me that my vehicle was being held by Alpha, only to find out it had been transferred to the auto auction for storage, without my personal belongings. I was informed by Fernando, who I believe is a manager at Alpha, that during this time, all my personal belongings had been disposed of (by disposed of, at first I was told donated to GoodWill, then told thrown away) and that they had cleared my car out any identifying information, such as recipes, paperwork, etc. which had been shredded. I genuinely had thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings, non-replaceable family sentimental items, and critical financial information in my vehicle, because at the time I was in the process of moving and had items from that move in my car - all thrown out. Furthermore, when I picked my vehicle up from the storage facility, there was multiple financial information with my personally identifying information still in the car. I was told all this information was shredded, yet there it was, still in my car when I picked it up. I took photos at the storage facility for evidence. They straight up lied because they thought I would never get my car back. They left personal, confidential financial information and documents in my car - not shredded like Fernando said- which is at least in direct violation of their own policies and possibly in violation of Arizona Statutes.

My truck got repoed and I'm tryin' to get my stuff outta it. Alpha Recovery don't got the right email and they ain't lettin' me make an appointment.

My vehicle got damaged during the towing process. It took them 5 days to respond, and I never received a call. I sent pictures of the damage via email and reported it to schedule an appointment. When I called, an employee told me that *** is the only person who can assist me. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong email for *** multiple times. I've been persistently calling and emailing, but with no luck. I leave my phone number for a call back every other day. Although I could go through my insurance, I'd rather deal with the responsible party directly.

I found the wrong hours on their website. It said they were closing at 4:00pm, but when I called at 3:00pm, they didn't tell me they were closed. So, I went to pick up my vehicle and when I called, the lady said they had closed at 2:30 on 1/29. Because of that, they held my car for 2 days longer and charged me for it. When I went to pick up my car on 2/1 with cash in hand as they had told me, they didn't have change available. I had to pay $375 for my vehicle, but because they didn't have change and I would have missed my appointment if I had left to get change, I paid $380.

My car got towed by Alpha Recovery on Thursday, November 4. I've been talking to them since Friday, November 5. I paid all the fees to my credit union on Friday, November 5, so I could get my car back. My credit union said it's okay to release my car. But the tow company wants me to make an appointment to pick it up. I had an appointment for Monday, November 8 at 12:30pm. They canceled it without telling me why. My credit union has called them many times for me. I've emailed the tow company a lot, but they won't let me at least get my stuff from the car (my kid's car seat, medicine, school bag, and work things).
