Absolutely the worst company I have ever had
the displeasure of purchasing from. Purchased a
1000W generator. It failed out of the box.
120VAC output was reading 150VDC, the 12VDC
output was reading 20VDC. No quality control.
Called the service number in City of Industry,
CA was treated like I was bothering them. The
supervisor Kelly was aggressive, curt and
wanted to punish me for calling. She had a bad
attitude from the beginning. She never did
anything she said she would do. Escalated to
Mark (another supervisor) who avoided any
conversation about the poor service. He also
never had Kelly follow through, even though he
said he would. Constantly interrupted me during
our conversation. He made the mistake of
forwarding the derogatory email comments by the
rep Francisco who said: Quote "contact the
customer and get his POP. He keeps emailing me
asking for an update. I told him yesterday that
I would email you and have you work on it." end
quote. (documented email message). I had only
emailed this rep once with the info he
REQUESTED and asked the following day for a
status, and this is how I was treated. Had to
provide the same contact info over and over and
over again. Over 4 times, sent email, they said
they didn't get it. Absolutely incompetent.
When calling tech support, they cant answer
even the most basic questions about their
product. The rep had to put me on hold each
time and go ask somebody. The Owners Manual and
website info conflict. When questioned about
this, they don't know. Owners Manual is a joke
has very limited info, and doesn't have for
example replacement spark plug model/number.
The product is Chinese made JUNK, don't waste
your money. The company they operate under
(dba) is AC Warranty and Service. You will not
find a company that cares less about their
customers. They are unapologetic and don't care
about the problems you have with their product.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i just bought a all-power generator and sent in my warrenty form and it was returned saying not deliverable and no forward address. so far it is working fine, but i have read some of the complants and i am worred, but i do know how to repair it it i have to. this is the address it gave me to send in my warrenty card all-power america, porduct registration dept.16273 e gale ave, city of industry, ca, 91745, if this isnt right can someone e-mail me the right address, larry194861@hotmail.com thanks
I had the same thing happen to me. My father-in-law bought me the 3500 watt generator in April of this year (2011). When Irene hit Connecticut in August I started the generator. Motor ran great but no power generated. The phone calls and emails about the problems still continue today, 10/27/11. I brought it to a repair center they recommended and was told it could not be repaired. This morning I was told All power would arrange to have a new on delivered and the defective one picked up, no charge to me. A few hours later I received a call from Christy the Rep. whom I've been dealing with since August and was told there would be no return, and no replacement. I am now stuck with a worthless product. The only thing worst than their product is their so call customer service. I will continue my calls and emails to the BBB any any other legal means to get this issue resolved.
Totally agree with everything said about Kelly above. We bought a generator for my company and the battery was wired wrong and it melted the oil sensor. We asked if we could just fix it without voiding the warranty and they said we had to open a case before they could answer. We sent them all the info, but they didn't respond or return messages. Eventually they sent a new oil sensor to the wrong address. Kelly blamed me for not putting the address in writing, but when I had emailed asking for the address to send the request in writing, they never responded. So I called and asked for the address and was told by Matt that they did generally just did orders over the phone. Then after all of this scolding, Kelly proceeded to re-take the order over the phone and refused to send an order confirmation in writing. They don't return calls or emails. You just have to keep trying till you get through.
