ABSOLUTELY THE WROST FURNITURE SHOWROOM ...!
DONT BUYYYYYY AT AL INSAF FURNITURE - DUBAI ...
We had the worst experience with these shameless and unprofessional people at Al-Insaaf. They donot follow your specifications, deliever damaged furniture at your door and if respond to them they say the most silly and unprofessional things to you. They make sub-standard furniture and charge you heavily.Forget about the ompensation.
Police should take notice of this unhealthy and unprofessional shop in Dubai as they are not fulfilling the business criteria.
I too had a very very bad experience from this group's shop called Inyasa furnitures in Karama. The salesman grabbed the full money as advance and his attitude since then went worser, he kept ignoring further calls. They delivered the items (bed and mattress) one day late at night 11.00pm and that too with a damaged plywood and mattress. Upon reporting this next day, they agreed to replace but after that just making me fool and insulting by saying everyday we would do it today and so on. I got tired of this mental tortueand complained at Consumer rights Dubai (www.consumerrights.ae), but the staff there seemed to be too busy to close the case. Replacement or refund has not happened yet, requested consumer rights dept. to reopen the case as nothing has really happened, waiting. Beware: almost all shops there in Karama near Karama fish market is Al Insaf group's, which we will come to know only through their payment invoice/receipt.
I am having a very bad experience with these people at Al Ansaf furniture, Karama. Very unprofessional, very very late delivery and no response when called. How do I deal with these guys. I want to teach them a lesson? What should I do?
I order my furniture from Smart home furniture in karama, Dubai, on the 27 of March. They were supposed to be ready in the 2nd of April. Today is 15 of May and my furniture are not here. I did complain to customer right and minister of economy. People there are too busy facebooking that instead help citizens. This is dubai, none care about you, customer right is a joke, and minister of economy works just for 30 min then there is none to answer your call. So if you are planning to buy from karama plan to get your furniture damaged or in 2 months time. I spend everyday 10 min calling this people and until today i didn't get what I paid for.
Yasser you can't do much unless brake the law and make them some physical pain.
I don't know if you can bring them in court, because I went to claim my furniture or my money back with a police man and he told me:
"he make you discount, hallas 300 aed is good, yalla bye" [arabic accent] and the shop manager in the same time laughing about me " I will not give you money, if you want go to court, I have been there already" [indian accent].
Very BAD and Unprofessional attitude of the salesman in Al Insag Furniture group in Karama. Will never or ever go there to purchase and won't recommend anyone.
Probably they are the worst and most unprofessional people in the business. I had the misfortune of ordering a bed from them. The sales person never informs you about delivery, you have to follow up with him. Also, if there are any delays, the guys never inform you. Finally, when the bed was delivered after 10 days, they delivered the wrong mattress. They took another 5-6 days to deliver the correct mattress. The bed delivered was with damages and was chipped on the sides, which the sales man agreed to rectify, but never did.
I would strong recommend avoiding this shop and also, other shops in the vicinity owned by these fellows. Dealing with them is a nightmare. I wonder why the Economic Cell/ Police has not taken any action against them.
Dear All, I had been to this shop yesterday and the salesman seems to be a sweet talker. The prices are really cheap compared to ikea but I am not sure about the quality. Some people told me that they pick up second hand furniture and do some minor touch up and sell it of as new. Not sure if this is true. .. after reading all these reviews I and my seriously thinking if I should indeed go and buy from Karama or go to IKEA directly
worst experience buying furniture from TRUE BUY HOME FURNITURE karama . Waited for delivery more than 2 weeks . When went to take my advance payment back they did not returned back .
