Among other things, they built a shed, changed some fans, addressed some rotten wood, and fixed a door and window a previous contractor had installed incorrectly. They frequently go above and beyond the specs of the job to make sure they meet their own high standards for quality. They help come up with creative solutions. They noticed and told us about several other issues at the house that needed to be taken care of with no hint of up selling. Of course we hired them to fix those issues, and avoided a much bigger problem down the road. We will definitely hire Affordable Residential Solutions again!
