Adidas review: yeezy slides

Good day I ordered a pair of yeezy slides in a size 12 and I understand it is final sale.. I received the shoes which were clearly marked wrong size almost a size bigger I have contacted customer service 12 times and they have asked for pictures sent to a email that I did.. I have called and spoken to agents who when I ask for a supervisor disconnect me.. I have done two chats one with marvin a and eigenn.. Marvin a said after reviewing notes will ask for a one time courtesy return.. Never heard back contacted again and was informed all my concerns have been denied and closed out and not defective in their opinion I even had a adidas rep suggest I resell which I was offended as im not in the business of reselling my husband and I are loyal adidas fans and have quite a few yeezy slides and know our size and I respect the final sale but not if it isnt the correct size I order.. I am respectfully requesting that you review the notes and offer me a better solution
