Ace's Chimney Solutions was outstanding to work with! I called when our chimney was leaking, Ace called back within 24 hours and scheduled an inspection right away. He used cameras to inspect all the flues and uncovered a potentially dangerous problem in our lining in addition to uncovering the source of the leak. He put together a very detailed proposal and was very reasonably priced. He was transparent on how far out he was booking but more importantly he proactively communicated every step of the way. Bought a new house and wanted to get chimney inspected and cleaned. Found Ace on an online platform and am so glad I did. He is very responsive and flexible with scheduling. Ace found that my chimney was severely deteriorating and showed me photos. He took the time to explain how everything worked and what my options were. Ended up having to do a blowout of one of the flu's. Ace and his team did an excellent job on the repair/liner placement. They were very concerned about keeping the house clean during the job (I could hear them talking in the other room about taking extra measures to seal up and keep dust from escaping) and man did they clean up well. Faint smell of dust but otherwise super clean. Very happy I went with this company and will be passing their details on to family and friends.
