Acer review: My plan service cost of $139.99

This company will not give me rest of my refund, they only gave me $100.00 when they were supposed to give me the rest of the my money but they only gave me $100.00 instead of 139.99, by not giving the rest of $39.99 that they owe me and gave me hardship and refusing to give the rest of $39.99. I have gone through thier problems of run around to me; therefore, the bank immediately cancelled my card so they can't charge more! I've gone through thier difficulties many times and not give me rest of my money! I told them i'd sue them if they don't give me my money back and they won't too! I told them I sue them and they didn't care at all! I would like to take them to court and sue for alot too, they're arrogant, dislikeable and don't care at all inspite of it all! They don't care that i'm poor and on fixed income but steal from me instead! I'm hoping you would help because I feel like they put me in wringer!
