Access Storage is kinda overpriced if you ask me. Plus, they charge y'all lotsa money if you're tardy. And they're not so keen on makin' deals either. They ain't got no time for y'all's hardships and will not accept no partial payments. It's like they don't give a rat's patootie.

I gotta tell ya, Access Storage is pretty dang awesome. It's like they took all my storage needs and put them in a chokehold of greatness. The team there, led by Austin, is straight-up amazing. They make you feel like part of the family and give you the best customer service that I've ever experienced.

I don't know about you, but when I think storage, I think of a dusty old place where nobody cares about ya. But Access Storage is the polar opposite of that. The facilities are clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team there puts effort into making sure everything is perfect.

Austin and the crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They answered all my ridiculous questions (I swear I had a million of them) and helped me pick out the perfect storage unit for my stuff. They even gave me tips on how to pack my belongings to keep them safe and sound.

I really appreciate all the kindness and amazing customer service Access Storage provided. If you're looking for a top-notch storage facility, look no further. Austin and his team will take care of ya with a smile on their faces. Highly recommend 'em to anyone I know!

Access Storage is trash, they sold off everything that was in my storage unit, including my mom's dishes, clothes, furniture, and all the stuff that I worked so hard for my whole entire life. Now I'm left with nothing. I feel sick to my stomach and disgusted. I just want all my stuff back, but Access Storage doesn't care about their customers, they only care about making a quick buck.

I tried to negotiate partial payment to help me out in this terrible financial time, but they wouldn't budge. They didn't care that I was struggling and just wanted to keep a few of my most precious items. No, they just auctioned off my entire unit without even trying to work with me.

If you're thinking about using Access Storage, I recommend that you run in the opposite direction. Don't be fooled by their shiny website or their promises of great customer service, because it's all a lie. They will treat you like garbage, just like they did to me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, where they actually care about their customers and won't sell off everything you own without a second thought.

Access Storage is the go-to place if you need some extra space to store your belongings. My experience with them has been pretty good so far. I have been renting a 5x4 storage unit for a while now, and it's just perfect for me. You know what they say, a little bit of extra space goes a long way!

One piece of advice that I can give you is to make sure that your bills are paid on time. If you put it on auto-pay, that's even better. The previous reviewer had some issues with their bill, but that could have been easily avoided if they had set it up to be automatically paid. So, make sure you stay on top of your bills to avoid any hassles.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Access Storage if you are looking for a place to store your belongings. The staff is friendly, the storage units are clean, and the location is convenient. So, go ahead and check them out!

I gotta say, we rented a room at York Mills access storage about a month back and things didn't start out so hot, let me tell you. After just a week, on Nov. 12th to be precise, the pipe in our room started leaking like nobody's business. The water got all over our stuff, turning our cardboard boxes into something that resembled mushy paper mache, and when we went to the management to get something done about it, they did nothing but drag their feet!

And that's not all, friends. They acted like they couldn't care less about what happened to us, like they didn't want to take responsibility for what their screw-up caused. It's like they're not even reliable enough to be doing what they're doing. You know what they say about companies, right? It's not so much about what they sell, it's about their reputation and how responsible they are. Well, prit near all I gotta say is that Access Storage aint got much of either!

It's pretty cut and dried, folks. When an incident like this happens, it's not just about the financial impact, it's about the mental toll it takes on us too! And with so many options out there when it comes to warehouses and storage spaces, you'd be doing yourself a world of good by staying clear of these guys!

Yo, lemme tell ya about my experience at Access Storage at the Yorkdale location. It was straight-up awful and I don't usually bother with them review surveys, but this time I was like, "Yo, gotta share the truth." So, I filled out the survey and let 'em know how it was. Next thing I know, some dude named Micheal, who said he was the district manager, calls me up. He's all like, "Yeah, sorry about that rude lady, but can you change your review?" Uh, excuse me? Why would I change my review just 'cause some dude asked me to? That woman was hired to do a job and help people, not treat them like garbage. So, for this manager dude to call me up and ask me to lie for 'em is just plain nuts. Seriously peeps, find yerself a different storage company. Access ain't worth it.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to store my personal belongings after leaving a domestic relationship with my three young children back in April of 2022. Within just two short days, a tragic house fire caused by my ex-spouse, resulted in the loss of everything we owned in Renfrew. The only remaining personal and sentimental items we had left were stored at Access 17 Storage.

I finally found the time to go retrieve some of our belongings on November 5th, 2022, and upon entering the storage facility, the stench of mold was so strong that I almost passed out. I started to remove some of our items, and to my horror, I found that my $7000 leather couches, $3000 worth of mattresses, box springs, carpets, as well as $3000 worth of miscellaneous items were all covered in mold. And when I say covered, I mean it was everywhere!

I took photos and videos of the damage, and immediately emailed Access Storage to request reimbursement for the six months of storage fees I had paid. Their response was cold and unsympathetic. They told me that their units were not humidity-controlled, and that in wet conditions, moisture buildup was common. They equated it to storing one's items in a tightly packed garage, and suggested that I should have gotten insurance to cover any potential damage.

When I asked for my money back, they offered to refund my $50 deposit if I removed all the items contaminated with mold myself. In other words, they were not willing to take any responsibility for the damaged goods, nor did they seem to care about the emotional toll this experience had on me.

In hindsight, I would have preferred to rent an indoor storage unit from a reputable company like Diamond Storage, or any other provider that offered a humidity-controlled environment. I hope others learn from my experience and take the necessary precautions to protect their belongings.

This company was a total waste of my time and money! The customer service was absolutely terrible! I booked a 10 sq ft unit at their Brixton Hill location based on their description, which compared the unit to a red telephone box. When I arrived, I realized that the unit was much bigger than described and was actually way too big for my needs. I asked for a smaller unit but was told that there were none available. I was in a rush to move my stuff and didn't have time to find another storage unit, so I accepted the bigger unit, hoping that I would only need it for 2 months, as the price for the first 3 months was half off.

Before I left, I did complain to one of the employees about the incorrect description and they agreed with me. They said they would talk to the manager and make me a discount. I emailed them the next day but never got a response. I ended up paying the full price and didn't hear from them again until my situation changed and I needed the unit until the end of the year. I emailed them again but was met with rudeness from the store manager, Kelly G Ephraim, who told me that the unit was correct and that I wouldn't be getting a discount. She even suggested that I move my stuff into a smaller unit, despite the fact that I was overseas and couldn't come to London to move my stuff.

I tried reaching out to the main customer service but never got a response. It's funny how they were so quick to respond to me when I was inquiring about their services, but now that I've paid and need help, they're completely ignoring me. This company only cares about money and doesn't care about their customers at all. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.
