A Team Amahs & Cleaners review: Poor services 1

very poor services.engage A-team to do one time house cleaning.when i arrive 9.30am to brief them window is the most important and critical to clean.when i arrive 1;30pm to check, all the window not clean.Feedback to the 3 staff, they keep bargain and insist place too big and not manage to finish..To get the house done, i even scarify and often pay them extra to get them clean the window.The reply i got from them was "we already change our clothes, you never tell us early ". I am suppose to check then tell them what not done.When i finish check, they already change their clothes.they suppose to spend 5 hrs to clean the house, end up my swimming pool contractor saw them sitting there and eating . and they leave at 2pm.meaning to say, i pay for 5 hrs services, they only do less than that. i feedback to the office staff, and they seems like want to push the blame on my place is too big. I have all the contractor, even another staff she send next day, also notice that non of the place is clean by the 3 staff she send.

I spend the money to ask for cleaning services, End up i got to do all the cleaning by myself. This will be the lst time and last i will engage this company, , if you want to engage this cleaning company ...THINK TWICE..
