It's too bad that I can't give 7 Stars Home Inspections 7 stars! We found their services to be professional, thorough, personable, and ready to educate us about the particulars of our home inspection. If we had it to do over again, we would hire 7 Stars to inspect during the construction process. We recommend 7 Stars without reservation.

Mr K is a hard working man. He was meticulous during every inspection and sent me pictures, all the way through. He even had to get tough with the foreman at the last walkthrough, demanding that just okay in the panel box needed to be right and good since it is a new house. I would definitely recommend 7 Stars Home Inspections. I was very satisfied with his work.

I was very pleased with the service provided by 7 Stars Home Inspections. The inspector scheduled my inspection quickly and took the time to thoroughly explain the outcome of the inspection without rushing. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided a detailed report with a very quick turnaround time. Additionally, when a new roof was put on for my insurance, he promptly followed up without any delay.

Art was extremely thorough, personable and spent the time to not only explain in detail his findings but also his suggestions for routine maintenance and suggested activities to prevent future problems. We have used several inspectors in the past. Art was without a doubt the best. We will definitely use him again and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Arturo K was extremely thorough in his report. He took a lot of photos and videos. He even took the time to explain some terminology and added graphics so I could understand how the structures needing repairs were supposed to look like. He also answered all my questions demonstrating his ample knowledge of his field. To me, his report is a "piece of art". Thank you, Arturo!

Arturo did a comprehensive inspection. He was thorough and also took time to explain the inspection and to offer good information about home maintenance in Florida. We are new to Florida so Arturo's input was very helpful. Arturo was responsive to our scheduling events and completed both the inspection and re-inspection perfectly per our closing schedule. I have no reservations giving 7-Star a “7 star" rating.

We were very fortunate to be assigned Arturo to do the inspection on our soon to be new home. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he found (positive and negative) to us afterward. We had 7 Stars Home Inspections Corp to our home to do a 1 year inspection for our warranty on our new build. The inspector, John Smith, was exceptional. He did a very thorough inspection on all aspects of our home. He went above and beyond to help me with a gas smell that we had Teco here for a few months back. With his expertise and video, we were able to fix the problem completely, leaving no more worries as to the cause. We received a very detailed report within days of the inspection. It had pictures and details to items needing repair by our 1 year new build warranty. Thank you, John Smith, we would highly recommend to everyone to hire 7 Star Home Inspection.

Excellent inspection by Mr. Arturo. he go through every corner of the house and take detailed photos, in addition to adding a written explanation to each photo, he called me to explain each point proposed in the report, since I am not an expert on the subject.
