Do not rent from this place you can get much nicer places for the same rent! 35 saint dennis drive is fillied with roaches, bed bugs and rats. The mp in the area said it is "hell and worst building in toronto"
They are trying to make you sign a 2 year lease dont. there roofs are leaking, they will never repair it! The garbage chuts are broken. The places has urine everywhere and is unsafe!
The goverment has give them a deadline to fix the 1000 items and unsafe living conditions. As of now nothing is done and they will be going to court soon

I've never seen anything like this in my life ! Went to view this apt. yesterday and I still feel itchy just from being in there. It was sooo dirty and smelt horrible... I felt sick just being in there. An over whelming feeling of horror came over my entire body... it was sickening. It was the bottom of the barrel, and this is just from 5 minutes there. I can't imagine those poor people living in those conditions. I didn't think there was buildings like this in our city! Absolutely disgusting! I used to live in parkdale and thought that was bad... Parkdale is an absolute luxury compared to this building! I feel so bad for the people who are living there, this is not right.
