ScreenCountry Laptop screen replacement part

They spent 3 days "confirming" purchase since billing and ship address were different. I have to assume this is a normal occurrence for many businesses. They missed the ship date so now im not getting three part I need on the day I quoted. They screwed me. Still have not gotten shipping confirmation or expected delivery date. They suck.

ScreenCountry bad experience

kia cheated on me, they let me pay 3500 Aed (around 1000 $) to put original screen through third party, but unfortunately they put very old version and ver bad screen.

I contacted them many times but always they are telling me wait, just wait, wait...
only procrastination.
really I'm disappointed of the service, and I need to get my money back or to fix the original kia screen.

I'll start to escalate it to the legal authorities, and I'll send it to social media, kia Korea and Consumer Protection Agency.

ScreenCountry Bad experience

Ordered a tablet screen and some tools from www.screencountry.com. I received my order in a timely manner and was very impressed with the fast delivery. Tools were ok, everything looked great. But there was a problem with the screen, it was incorrect. When I made my order I sent them the name of the model and sizing and still received the wrong one.
I tried to contact customer service about the replacement but they did not reply. Seems like a scam.

ScreenCountry Extremely poor customer service with no ownership if you experience problems

Extremely poor customer service with no ownership if you experience problems: I broke my son’s Laptop screen and needed to replace it. The replacement cost at a local shop was ~$200, so replacing with screen country at $75 (inc. S&H) seemed like a good option. However; the generic brand screen that they sent, which they said was compatible, did not work with our Acer pc. After a few calls and emails, they agreeded to accept the return and send a replacement. At this point, I would be out about $45 in shipping costs with no guarantee that the replacement screen would work. I made the decision to order the exact same LG screen that was originally in the laptop from a US company. This solved the problem and the screen works fine. I made several calls and sent several emails to recover the shipping cost, but screen country would not take ANY responsibility and refused stand behind their product. I even asked for a manager/supervisor to contact me with regard to these costs and have had no response.

ScreenCountry They are slow to respond and offer no reparations for any mistakes

A totally bad experience. Been buying screens from Screen Country for our repair shop in California since 2008. Almost all have either been the completely wrong model, or they come malfunctioning.

Customer service is terrible. They are slow to respond and offer no reparations for any mistakes. The last time I purchased a screen from them they first sent the wrong LCD entirely, and second they shipped one with pink vertical lines. Our client waited over two weeks and screen country didn't offer anything beyond fulfilling the original order.

Avoid technician Giedrius Tamosauskas, he's rude and will ignore you.

ScreenCountry Customer service

Beware: these people have no regard for providing the customer what they want.

I needed a glossy finish replacement screen for my netbook and when I couldn’t find one listed on their website, I communicated with them and they directed me to a matte finish product. I pointed out my need, mentioned the product they referred me to was not the right one, and reaffirmed that I needed a glossy finish. At this point they asked, and I provided, photos of product number identifiers of my broken screen.

They responded with a link to a product that they said was the screen for my netbook. I ordered the product and paid (including approx. $35 for Fed Ex delivery) via credit card. When I installed the screen, I found out it was a matte finish. After a series of notes via their website, they became increasingly cheekier and basically told me it was my fault for ordering the wrong unit. They offered to take it back, charge me a restocking fee and made provisos about the screen being essentially in mint condition i.e., no fingerprints. They threatened me with collection action if I charged back the purchase to the credit card company. By this time, I had lost all confidence that I would be treated fairly if I returned the unit and I would be out the cost of returning the unit.

Do yourself a favour, shop elsewhere with reliable vendors who care about their clients and not just about moving product out the door. ScreenCountry doesn’t care about you so don’t give them your hard-earned money.

Absolutely atrocious company and customer service. Cancelled my order three times without assisting me with whatever billing issues and refused to tell me why. Lied and said billing, manager, and supervisors were all unavailable when they refused to help and escalate the problem. STAY AWAY!

Ordered 2 laptop screens last year (2010), first one was damaged (maybe damaged in mail) and the second one was not working as intended (black border on the right) so I had to order another screen from ebay instead and that one worked fine!

Very bad experience.
We have been ordering LCD panels from Screencountry since 2009.Out of 12 LCDs 4 of them had to be returned due to wrong parts or bad screens.
I wish that they will be more responsible and stand behind their service.
