I bought the "***" *** from Desert Harvest, Inc., which is supposed to help with vulvodynia. But when I got it, it had some chemical *** that I couldn't wash off. And guess what? They refused to give me a refund! I ordered the *** cream on ***/20, and my order number is 65826. I paid for it with my *** Card. This product is specifically marketed for vulvodynia, and my pelvic floor PT recommended it to me. So, on July 21, I decided to give it a try. But let me tell you, within minutes of applying it, I was in absolute agony! It felt like I was being burned down there. I tried washing it off, but it was too late. I contacted the company to let them know what happened and asked for a refund. But you know what they said? They said they don't do returns. Can you believe that? I explained to them that this wasn't just a matter of preference. I had actually suffered because of their product, and I wanted my money back, whether I returned the product or not. Their response was ridiculous. They basically said, "Sorry it didn't work for you. Not our problem. Talk to your doctor." Can you believe the nerve?
