He ignored my question and trying to close my chat forcefully. I was scammed by your agent and now suppport operater didn't help me. Its been 21 days of i complaint. What kinds of support and service you provide? Your support team from live chat isn't talk properly , they just copy and paste. In a period of time you resolve issues, people can marry and produce a baby then he/she will start to go for school.

I believe this request is an ID that has been authenticated by the proper government ministry. The documents I uploaded were apostilled at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nigeria, the stamp and Signature were clearly visible. By the way its very expensive to get this done, couple with the security risk in my country(Nigeria/Abuja) at the moment.I went against all odds to get it done. Yet 1Xbet is requesting for same thing without any clarity on why or if the document was not accepted.

This looks more like trying to frustrate my effort to give up my funds.

I am even scammed on this platform. Scammers contacted me through the complaints board inbox in the name of 1xBet Officials and posted some local numbers. They referred me to a Bangladeshi Number and I was scammed. The earlier update was about scammers. No matter how I deal with the scammers, 1xBet should deal with my matters.

Their local team reached out to me and assisted me in depositing the same amount again with a bonus compensation of 100% of the total deposit. They told me it would be added in 5-10 minutes after deposit. After again depositing 7800 BDT in bKash method they told me it would be deposited between 5:30 PM local time. But still, it's not done. It's more than 1 hour and 30 minutes gone.
