There is no such thing as a refund with CurvQueen. Only store credit and you have to pay your own shipping. The swimwear we ordered did not fit well meaning the size was fine but there was zero support in the top and the bottom was tight in the lower portion and loose in the upper so it rolled over. They will not provide any refund. Only exchange or store credit which is pretty much the same. Online clothing stores need to expect some returns with refund to be inevitable. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered 3 shape wears following the size guide on their website. The items arrived too big. Trying to return for a size EXCHANGE has been an absolute nightmare. They responded to my request for exchange by sending me several emails telling me how difficult it is to return items, how I will bear shipping cost to China and offering me ridiculous store coupons for future purchases. I do not want to make any future purchases when they have not satisfied my customer experience for current purchase. I will NEVER EVER repeat purchase from them or recommend them to anyone.
