At first, they were awesome, always keeping in touch
At first, they were awesome, always keeping in touch. But now, it feels like they're slacking. The project is taking way too much time. I get it, they have other stuff going on, but if they can't handle more than one job, they shouldn't have taken it. They were fast to tear things apart, but in the process, a couple of cabinets got wrecked. They say it's not their fault and won't replace them. The quality of the work is decent, but it's not always up to par and doesn't fully meet what they promised. Gotta admit, I'm pretty let down.

The installation appointments got rescheduled, and I understand that getting the window took longer because of logistical stuff, but the communication was all one-sided. We sent them emails about these issues, but it's been a whole week, and we haven't heard back from them. The contractor didn't even bother to check out when the job was done; they just left.
