I filed a complaint thru the customer service 959 of Zain regarding my outgoing call service which was barred last April 1, 2013 when in fact on the same day i paid the bill due.
I spoke to 6 agents in the 24 hour period and all they could say is wait because its a technical issue.
2 days have passed and still no action on the said complaint eventho i already visited the head office of zain.
to add injury, my access to 959 has been block. everytim i call, its being redirected to an automated answering system.
It's not a wonderful world as they promised.

Good day to everybody, I’m facing since 4 days the same problem, when making calls there is a recorder saying that the call cannot be compleated, since I exceded my credit limit, and to arrange a payment in order to make a call. I’m so disappointed with ZAIN KSA today I will change my number to STC KSA. For the beguining they were answering my calls to 959 but now no way to contact this costumer care number. No help at all. I’m living in Jeddah. All outgoing calls are barred.

I would like to asked zain costumers care, my sim card I can't make outgoing call but I can receive a call... call not allowed 3days already... please can di help

i have purchased a new sim card ( Number : [protected]), Am able to recieve incoming calls but my outgoin calls are barred.Kindly provide me with an assistance.I am unable to call 959, as no calls are connected from my phone.

You know what im so disappointed with your service. I purchased the combination of postpaid and prepaid simcard for 29sar package. I need to pay the bill every month to continue using my simcard. I took the simcard from your office 20th of april 2017 but I received the bill on 16th day of the following month. I keep on paying my bills for 5 months, on the 6 months I paid it again but it is not for the activation of my simcard you made. the 29sar I paid online instead of activating my package you recharge it. then I visit your office I asked whats wrong with the system the agents answered they dont know.. my gosh thats why until now I cant able to make outgoings calls because call barring is active. please be responble with your service

I have this Zain data Sim using last 8 to 9 months for data use only.

Now recently i got sms about to double my data. I recharged as usual for 10GB data yesterday and then keep trying calling to 959 not possible and sending sms ZF3 to 959 to double the data not working. Called the agents 3 - 4 times no useful help. Just same repeatation do this do that nothing more than that they know.
When I am dialing MMI code to zain getting the screen as error about Barring calls. What is the technical reason they don't know.

Dear Concern !
I received a fake call from [protected] saying that congratulations you won 200, 000 Riyals ! I would request you to trace this number and take necessary action to catch these culprits.

Dear, I purchase zain call sim card at the kki riyahd airport arrivals (from zain shop) on thursday 24th apr 14 night, by paying 30 saudi riyals... to make a call to my destination to pass the message to the relatives 'I arrived riyadh safely'... but unfortunately my sim not allowing to call any numbers or sms.. all calls barred... I have made several complaint to customer care... but still no luck... made complaint to tech support... still not solved the problem...

Today (29th april 2014) I am posting this because... I am very very dissapointed with the zain customer support and tech support.. they could not solve a single and simple call barring... from their system...

I have changed several phones to solve this single problem... but still the problem persist.

I am not sure that they using 'rocket science' for the to deactivate the 'all barred calls'.

Dissapointed zain customer...

Sir, 10 riyal recharge many times but lost my money how can I don know. I am not activate any offer.
S incase any offer activate pls cancell and return my money back. or haram money have your account,

To day recharge 10 riyal called dubai balance 5 riyal balance. then already lost my money

Sir, my number [protected], recharged 10 riyal many time but cash wih draw company, I cant call what is the reason
In case any offer activate immediae pls cancell the acivaion. or I will cancell my sim. because 10 riyal many times lost me
