I ordered Russian Virgin hair from this company . I have owned a hair salon for several years and dealt with hair extensions for over 25 years and have personally used hair extensions for 20 years. The goods are not Russian virgin hair . I took a sample to another Russia hair specialist, with 30 years experience. The hair is of extremely poor quality, not Russian virgin hair and cannot be coloured to match my hair due to the colour in it. It smelled of smoke, is porous and frizzy. It cannot be used . it was to the valve of $10 yet i paid -$1, 590.00 USD
please be careful when dealing with this company . I ran the company and he told me he didnt care the time had run out through pay pal . i
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Liana Taylor (lianat) of the review above is not a very honest lady, to say the least. She has purchased a set of Machine Wefts on January 28, 2014 and after extensive use, wanted to exchange that hair for a new set of extensions on August 1, 2014. Of course her request was denied, so here she goes defaming russianhair.net, telling 100% lies.
