WM Waste Management review: Garbage service

Have waited 4 weeks for a replacement can since their truck damaged it and found out today another company is taking over route so they will not replace can now. I have paid for the service that i did not get and was told every week i called that i would have a can that week and never happened. this is one bad company

This is not the first time i have had trouble with this company since they took over route, they didn't pick up trash for 3 weeks [drove right pass can every week] till i filed with the bbb
