Wix review: Google ads

I use to love Wix because I thought the interface was very user friendly. I had built two sites in my time with Wix- however, this recent foray will be my last. I initially agreed to pay $300 for a month of Google ads for my site. For the first few days, it was great. I was getting a ton of traffic to my site, but after a week, Google cancelled my Ad and said it violated terms, even though I did not know how. After spending an entire day trying to figure out why Google was not approving my ad, I decided to just cancel it, believing that I will only pay the 48 dollars of the 300 allowance I bought.

Boy was I wrong. Not only did they try to charge me the full $300, but they also tried to charge me ANOTHER $300 for the next month, even though I couldn't even advertised. After trying to reach someone in customer service for over two hours, I finally get someone and she's obviously no help.

So I decided to do charge backs and get my money back. Never use a debit card online- there are bad companies out there that will try to take advantage of you and provide absolutely no help when you're trying to resolve an issue. Absolutely disgusting- never use Wix.
