I've purchased eye drops from above mentioned company but got suspicious when no receipt was given after I've made my payment. I asked for receipt in an email but customer support representative told me that it is not necessary to give receipts during online purchase. This is outrageous lie and it proves that this business is not legitimate and their products are questionable.

I’ve had no issues. Not only did I purchase but I emailed twice and had replies within two business days. Maybe in 2023 things are better?

Company is a scam, placed an order july, still have not received my order. customer service is not reachable and usps company called stamps have no package on file with the tracking number i was given.
Dont do business with this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM !

I had some questions about the product after purchasing Can-C™ Cataract Eye Drops
I purchased it for a friend who had some trouble with the Eye Drops, she wrote to the company but didn't get a responce, Then I (the original customar) wrote to them by email and didn't get a responce either. Now I wrote them for the third time and hope they will respond.
Calling and leaving a message is a bit difficult because the company is in America and we're in Europe.
The Order was #22407

Dear Mr. Faber, We have customer support available by phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM pacific standard time. We are a smaller company and so if we are on the phone with another customer we request that you leave a message. While I understand that leaving a vm can be frustrating, I am sure you appreciate that we cannot return a call if a message is not left. Customer receipts are provided by e-mail at the moment of order completion like most internet companies. On our website we provide extensive information about Dr. Mark Babizhayev and the research team that developed the Can-C products and we list Profound products as the British manufacturer. Lastly I have not been able to locate any order from Bob Faber and so perhaps you ordered from someone else or you used a different name? Regarding your less then satisfactory result, I have no way of knowing if you were using the product correctly or not and so encourage you to call our customer support to discuss this further as this is highly unusual. Wise Choice Medicine website does not process the orders.
Customer service is unreachable. This business operates from basement.. The eye drops after 6 month have not been working. This is probably a placebo which is selling online. There is no manufacturer 's background on the website. It seems that this business operates from basement..
