Purchased a new Camero with Wesley Chapel Chevrolet in February 8, 2023. We qualified for the promotion for gm financing offered 4.99./ then changed it to 5.99 and said we couldn’t get it do to sports car when we went to sign. I called Gm financial and that was not the case on the car. I called numerous times left messages with unreturned phone calls. They had 30 days to redo the paperwork and failed to do so leaving me with the higher interest rate. After the 30 days so nothing could be done wanted me to feel out the customer satisfaction survey with excellent and they would cut me check for the extra interest iI would be paying.
Fraud in my rate and Bribing the customer. I still do not have the rate fix or they did not give me money that was owe to us. Very bad business and customer service.
Desired outcome: Refund of my extra interest paying on this loan from the deal not being done correct and the dealership not working with customer to fix within the 30 day window.
