My complaint is the same as all the other customer's issues I have read. My parents passed away. Me and My sister were appointed Co-Personal Representatives. They have all court documents and forms required by them.

Tried every kind of way to get the money transferred out of their account, into an estate account. Been over 6 weeks and still can't get it accomplished. No return calls, and excuse after excuse when I call. They have you fill out forms you don't need or forms that you do need that they don't tell you about until weeks later when you call yourself. I fax, email and upload all these documents so every department and person has everything. Still can't get anything accomplished! I think this company does not have the money anymore is my guess! I am getting ready to file a fraud claim with the Idaho State Attorney General and anyone else that I am directed to at this point! This account has already lost several thousands of dollars due to these delays and lack of communication from this company.

Desired outcome: Get the funds transferred into the Estate Account which I opened with the same company - Well Fargo Advisors.
