Vforce / Vsquare / RWG review: Cheating the consultants

This company is very unproffesional and thinks that they are working in India. They forcefully ask candidates to go for the training they want to give and ask for money and also tell candidates that to sign some contract papers and tell them that it will come in effect if the candidate joins any of the project assigned by them. Never provide the candidates with contract papers to read properly or to review properly and the most important thing is to provide copy of it. After requestiong for the contract papers copies for several time will give reason that candidates don't need the copy as the contract is not in effect till the job is offered. After all these company still wants to hold the candidates even after 90 days without job and also threaten the candidates about making law suites against them.

Is anybody else who has gone through the same probelm as it is very hard to fight them as htey change all the documents with help of smart softwares in the computers...so how to get rid of people like this? Is there any goverment agency who can fight against this injustice and stop the harresment of the students and the H1 visa holders and also now the company has started to treat the citizens sameway.
