Veterans Advantage review: Member ID CPDM1113963

I called back on March or April 2023 from Puerto Rico from another #. To cancel my membership I was disgusted and angry because going to Puerto Rico and coming Back Advantage could not do anything for me , did not find no where flights going to Puerto Rico or coming back to Florida, Had to pay for my luggage, Mind you I did the sacrifice of paying thinking was going to be cheaper the flights and did not had to pay for luggage And did everything that the book said , ladies over the phone could not help me at all, There and then I notice that I made a bad investment , after sacrificing $64.95 cancel it the same MTh or in April 2023. Was livid of what had happen to me. Looking at my statement from the bank I notice a charge from Veteran Advantage $64.95 on Feb.2024 I said what is this, I cancel when I was in Puerto Rico.so I called again . the lady I talked to said I did not cancel it does not show , How am I to suppose to know that I had to use my cell . coupon or anything else is not going to help me need my money, is not much to others but it breaks me , I am disable , I live in a budget, I am pleading for my refund of $64.95 Feb 12, 2024 I again cancel the membership card , scare of a surprise charge
